SPECIAL REPORT: Yazidi refugees in Germany STILL threatened by Muslims — but helped by this Turkish-born nun

Rebel Staff

In the German village of Warburg, we met a Turkish-born Christian nun called Sister Hatune Dogan.

Under her care were many Yazidi refugees, including Yazidi women taken by ISIS as rape slaves.

They did not want to talk with me directly, and I understand. But Sister Hatune told me of the horrors those girls had faced at the hands of the Islamic State.

I knew all this on paper. But it’s different when you meet someone who lived through it. When you read on the Internet that a woman was raped 280 times, it’s appalling. But it is a different feeling when you actually have lunch with them...

The men kept busy renovating the houses that Sister Hatune had purchased in the village. Massive houses that surely held ten people in the past, are now home to only one or two senior citizens, waiting to die. Sister Hatune told us there are only five children in the entire village.

(To learn more about Sister Hatune's work with Yazidi refugees, and even make a donation, please click here.)

That’s Germany today, with the lowest birthrate in the world. That’s the void into which millions of Muslim migrants are flowing. But in this one little village, it’s not Muslim migrants. It’s refugees fleeing from those same Muslim migrants.

Listening to their stories made me think of how Jews escaped from the Nazis. Both were fleeing from fascists — Nazi fascists 75 years go, Muslim fascists today.

But today, perfidious western democracies, including Canada, are taking in any Muslim migrant at all, but not prioritizing vulnerable minorities like Yazidis. Justin Trudeau even boasted about that.

Starting tomorrow, we’ll show you Danes and Swedes and Germans — and others — who are trying to stop this massive, deliberate demographic shift in Europe, and halt the Islamization of Europe. Some are more successful than others — and some have to live under 24-hour a day police protection from terrorist threats.

Thanks for that. Excellent report Ezra. Seems to me Trudeau is indeed picking his refugees. He’s choosing only Muslims. The $65 question for me is he that stupid or that evil?

Liza Rosie: What was truly grotesque was to hear hear Trudeau exploit this issue and in fact accusing conservatives playing the race card which in effect allows him to sacrifice the most vulnerable people in the region ( the same groups who have almost been wiped out ) so he could collect votes from the larger Muslim population all the while using the slither words of being fair to everyone and damning anyone as a racist who challenges your logic.

Fantastic human interest report – is there a Canadian Pulitzer? This should win one. But it won’t, it has no political currency in the current narrative the media/government are spinning based on selective oppressed groups.

How enlightening and moving, the story of real ME refugees with no political spin – this would never be told anywhere in the Canadian MSM. I have to wonder how many of these persecuted groups were sought out for refugee status in the current rush to fill quotas purely for political optics.

Thanks Rebel, the truth is out there, keep hunting it down.

The article that accompanies Ezra Levant’s special report on the Yazidi refugees (Kurdish Christians) in Sister Hatune’s care, in Warburg, Germany, mentions:

>>>The men kept busy renovating the houses that Sister Hatune had purchased in the village. Massive houses that surely held ten people in the past, are now home to only one or two senior citizens, waiting to die. Sister Hatune told us there are only five children in the entire village.

That’s Germany today, with the lowest birthrate in the world. That’s the void into which millions of Muslim migrants are flowing. But in this one little village, it’s not Muslim migrants. It’s refugees fleeing from those same Muslim migrants.<<<

Unless there is another Warburg in Germany, of which I am not aware, Warburg is not a village but a town of 23,290 inhabitants (as of 2014-12-31 – see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warburg ). The demographic winter that prevails in Germany – the main motivation for inviting millions of refugees from the Middle East – appears to have hit Warburg especially hard. That there are only five children in all of Warburg (of which the refugee toddler shown in the video would have to be one) appears to be almost unbelievable. Five children, out of 23,290 residents?

Ezra Levant indicated that Warburg is a village, and Sister Hatune confirmed that the village had a total of five children. Mind you, Warburg, with only 10,663 inhabitants, is only one of 16 communities that constitute the whole of the municipal area of Warburg. However even then, five children out of 10,663 inhabitants would still indicate that Warburg’s population is only a few years away from dying out.

From what Ezra Levant and Sister Hatune mentioned, regarding five children in a community of more than 10,000 inhabitants, a few millions refugees with their predominantly Islamic culture that are setting out to swamp traditions and cultural heritage in Germany are decidedly not the fundamental, earth-shaking issue that should bother Germany. If nothing else, perhaps the Germans should be happy that when they have all died out, someone will be around to turn off the lights.

Perhaps Canada, and other developed nations, too, in the Occident, should worry about what can be done to stave off a similar inglorious ending for them. Immigration from Islamic nations is not as much of a problem as is having nations waste away on account of not having enough children to maintain their populations.

Liberals can’t make the hard choices. They will always side with the most politically correct view. Read, the view the bulk population of lazy, cowards can easily be coerced into swallowing. They don’t have to think too much or come to any decisions or conclusions in their own minds. Its done for them and delivered in a nice neat palatable package. No hard calls need be made. What you get is an ineffectual policy which is miles away from addressing any real problem.. The problem we were told we as a country needed to be addressing, which was alleviating the suffering of those under threat, “because of the terrible conditions in camps”. Trudeau thinks the word prioritize is racist or bigoted. To prioritize does not mean to discriminate against, it means to be discriminating, making a distinction. Its necessary and beneficial and the only path to a good decision.

Edward Jobin, exactly! " If you saw a broken scaffold on a high rise building with several trapped workers surely you would take the guys dangling off the edge of the scaffold first. "

Natrhan W: All civilians in Syria are not at equal risk. I would expect the government should take the same triage approach they use in a hospital. If you saw a broken scaffold on a high rise building with several trapped workers surely you would take the guys dangling off the edge of the scaffold first. Defending Trudeau’s position requires more than giving empty rhetorical responses to try to explain a policy that is actually playing favorites with other groups for nothing more than the sake of appearances while feigning to be motivated by fairness.

“Also, I agree with the principle of treating refugees equally regardless of their faith. All civilians in Syria are at risk. "

Uh, ya but some more than others—do you think Sunni Muslim women are at the same risk as Yazidi or Christian women? This is typical moral relativism. When a certain ethnic or religious group is clearly being targeted, to progs all people suffer equally. Absolutely clueless, but thanks for paraphrasing your limp wristed Dauphin. Why bother trying to explain the difference between say, losing your home in a war zone and fleeing said war zone, to all the women in your family being taken and sold into sexual slavery and raped hundreds of times over, from age 6 up.

Disturbing to watch. I wish I could feel proud of what my country was doing to help these victims. God bless Sister Hatune. Thank you Ezra.

I disagree with the comparison to Nazis. While many of the practices are similarly untolerable, and we should seek both peaceful and military means of putting an end to their violence and generally disgusting practices, to compare 10,000 men driving around the desert in jeeps and with AK47s 10,000 miles away, with Hitler’s third reich is really stretching it.

It might be the appropriate time to refer to Godwin’s law.

Also, I agree with the principle of treating refugees equally regardless of their faith. All civilians in Syria are at risk.

Great interview. It is good to see that Ezra can be so soft spoken and sensitive during an interview.

I hope this video becomes viral.

Awesome Coverage and Reporting Ezra ! Both the Old and New Testament teaches that God created humans with a Conscience , I’m always curious about Leftists Socialist like Young Justin ! What has happened to their Conscience Ezra ? If you’re a Reformed Protestant Christian like myself ,then Original Sin is of course, seen as part of the problem ! Never the less, Original sin does not Obliterate the Conscience : Do they Sear or Destroy their Conscience ? Obviously Islam encourages, The Death Of the Conscience . Seems like Old And Neo Marxism does the same in its Worldview ! How do Young Justin and John The Martini Mccallum JUSTIFY Their muslim biased Refugee Plan ? With the Overwhelming Evidence that Christians ,Yazidis and Muslim Sects are THE GENUINE VICTIMS AND REFUGEES !!!

Ezra an excellent but sad show, I hope it goes viral on You Tube.

One thing we know for sure, Trudeau is a racial bigot and is unfit to hold the position of PM. His agenda is to create a new Canada, a Canada subdued by Islam. He is a Traitor to Canada and a Traitor to Western Civilization. He should be Hung right where the Soldier, who was shot, stood.

Jihadi Justin, the lowest form of life in Canada.

Makes one wonder what the hell has happened in the West when a story like this is ignored by far too many while they hand out money and help to people who do not need it and do not appreciate it much, meanwhile these actual refugees get little attention and no help from us. These people would be a hell of a lot more grateful than the ones Justin is bringing in now. One nun does more for these people than our liberal government ever will, and those same left wingers would despise her for being a Christian.

Ezra, this was by far the best show you’ve compiled to date. You’ve provided a voice to the voiceless, and that is what journalism is all about. I hope as the Rebel grows that you are able to do more of this sort of reporting in the field. When I found the Rebel about 7 months ago it was just getting its sea legs, but now it looks like you’re ready to get into full sprint. Well done! My heart goes out to those Yazidi victims, who are absolutely ignored in this whole crises; I’m embarrassed every time you play that clip of Trudeau stating that he won’t prioritize those in greatest need.

This was grueling to watch, for sure.
The worst part for me was the now well-worn clip where JT snorts derisively and spits “absolutely not” when asked if Canadian aid will prioritize the real refugees. It doesn’t get more disgusting than that.
That’s the face of Canada? I feel like putting a paper bag over my head.

Ezra,

The CBC.ca is going to hate you for revealing truth. ;/

Jihad Justine Turdo and Adolf Merkel don’t like you doing a disservice to their narrative either. ;-O

Very Good Report Ezra!
The Conservatives were on the right track with bringing (to Canada) those most in need (of refuge). Jason Kenny had a great plan…That came too a halt on OCT 19,2015. Why/How were Canadians so blinded and blind-sided by Mr. Trudeau? JT refused to call PRIME MINISTER Harper by his due title during the entire election campaign, instead constantly referring to him as Mr, hence I have a difficult time now calling him PM, 2 words I associate with respect)

Karan Singh commented 5 mins ago…
Karan, I wish people like you could gather together and approach the Lieberal party, and other socialist engineers and relate your stories first hand. It is your stories which should be making headlines on a daily basis – not the lies & bias we now are watching / hearing on the news channels.
I hope you keep your story alive – not to torment yourselves but to be witness to all the soft-headed peoples around us.

Of all the interviews you’ve shown us over the last few days, Ezra, I found this one the most difficult to watch. It was absolutely gut-wrenching to see that young father sob as he described the hell he and his wife lived through. With Sister Hatune’s help their child will hopefully be spared what they were subjected to. What an amazing person she is! How can we help ner?
