UPDATE: PROTEST TURNS VIOLENT - 70,000 march in moderate Indonesia, demanding death for governor who “blasphemed” Islam

Victor LaszloRebel Commentator

Sharia law is not due process. Here we see massive crowds demanding criminal proceedings against a governor for alleged blasphemy. If he is killed without trial, the Muslim public will hail him as a hero.

Criminal proceedings will mean the death penalty (if it makes it that far.)

In Islam, the penalty for daring to question the ultimate supremacy of Islam or its various gods and avatars, is death.

The Daily Mail covers the story here:

Indonesian police donned special 'Robocop' uniforms today to tackle a raging mob of Muslims who went ballistic after the Mayor of Jakarta, who is a Christian, allegedly 'insulted the Koran'.

One man died and seven were injured in clashes in the capital today following protests by hard-line Muslims demanding the arrest of the city's governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama - known as Ahok - for alleged blasphemy.

Clashes broke out between police and hard-core protesters who refused to disperse following nightfall.

There will never be reformation of Islam in a thousand years which will make any impact on the ‘religion of peace’. Any strides Indonesia had made in the past have been swallowed up and they are being dragged back into the Islamic abyss. All that ‘religion’ ever does, is go backwards.

I think Mary went to Indonesia some 15 years ago. Probably through my old friend Marika who used to organize trips overthere. Things have changed tremendously in the last 10 years. I read the other day that a Christian woman went out at a restaurant with a co-worker after work. The police arrested her, because a woman cannot be with a man unless it`s her husband (see here it`s sharia law) and she had the choice to go to jail for 4 months (being raped by the guards daily) or be publicly beaten with a strap 100 times. In 2011, there were 202 millions muslims in Indonesia which was 87.2% of the indonesian population. So sharia law is everywhere in that country. There is no mistake about it.

The poor Governor is christian. Dont they get it! You can say someone insult allah if someone is muslim.
A christian is not bound by the muslim practices and beliefs. Actually a christian is not knowledgeable of the satanic book content. It`s like if a christian was going after a muslim because he does not follow the beliefs of the bible and ask for his death. Totally ludicrous! Really, these people are just fanatics who look for reasons to kill and see blood and hurt people. The satanic book teaches from a very early age to hate, hate women, hate everything. When they have beheadings, they make it public and they
cheer. What a bunch of sicko!

Moderate Muslims and the extremist left wing media not reporting. Amazing how only RT a Russian based news agency reports stuff like this.

We have been told for years that Indonesia is moderate, yet the crowds burn down churches and hassle Christians.

Please do research before you make statements. In Indonesia, the highest penalty for blasphemy is 5 years in prison. While no, this is not good, it is not a death sentence. And that is the worst penalty he could receive. Indonesia does not have sharia law, only the province of Aceh has sharia law. The government has made it clear that they are going to do an actual investigation into Ahok. It begins Monday. Please understand that I don’t think Ahok did commit blasphemy, and I am praying that the investigative board will find this to be true. But I felt like I had to address what you said. Indonesia is a wonderful place, and most Indonesians are not the crazy Muslims here. Most of them are great people that I am proud to call my friends.

Quran equals submission..
Bible equals free will… There’s hardly a choice here.
Very soon we will be counting on our neighbors to do the right thing to support our culture and our religion and our way of life, to defend against the Marxist and globalist supported ideologies..

Cathy Rochford, you’re right. Practising Islam needs to be criminalized. It’s more like a political regime than a religion anyway.

Every time you turn around Muslims want someone to die for something. What a death cult.

Soon this is what Canada will look like. When is the world going to criminalize islam and prosecute and/or deport anyone caught practicing it, in all democratic nations? An extremely dangerous and violent breed of back stabbing (literally and figuratively speaking) people. Someone says something they don’t like and all of a sudden there’s 70,000 of them calling for that person’s death. Meanwhile they’re allowed to go around crucify, burn alive, rob property, blow up churches and synagogues, mass execute all non muslims etc etc. Political correctness are all Nazi terms used to hide the real meaning of the deviant truth and also needs to be stopped.
