"Canada just elected an idiot"

Gavin McInnesArchive

This is great news for The Rebel, as we are about content, and nobody provides more content than Justin Trudeau.

(LANGUAGE WARNING:)

I am stunned Canada chose this fool to represent them but there you have it. As a lampooner of absurd politics, I just won the lottery. Canadians, on the other hand, just jumped off a cliff.

When Americans ask me how dumb he is, I say, “He’s not like anyone you met in real life. He’s like a character in a TV show. Like, Joey from Friends. He’s cartoonishly dumb.”

The other amazing thing about Justin is that his entire merit is based on the fact that he’s Pierre Trudeau’s son. Young people assumed Pierre was a good Prime Minister but for those of us who were there, we remember what a complete tool he was. He rammed French and multiculturalism down the entire country’s throat and he spent so much of our money doing it, the dollar never really recovered.

So, the Prime Minister of Canada is incompetent and he was elected because of his father, who was also incompetent. It’s going to be a wild ride.

Name ONE thing he’s said that isn’t a complete misquote of the quote in its proper context.

Moreover, every policy he proposed is perfectly sound. Most Canadians, the actual middle class of 20%-80% income earners, will enjoy a broad-based tax cut for a change. As opposed to Harper who always offered benefits for wealthy two-parent home-owning people who already have it good.

Andrea – why do you believe that the CBC is not neutral? Did they fail to bow deeply enough to Harper?
commented 2015-10-22 10:10:56 -0400
This thread amuses me to no end….it’s ok for the liberal left to jump up and wave their pom poms while John Oliver & Mike Meyers (in a pathetic attempt to be relevant) go off on their political rant but when the right counters with political satire the very same ‘free speech’ advocates get their panties in such a twist. Conservatives have a sense of humour, too!
commented 2015-10-22 10:00:04 -0400
Pierre-Luc – let me clarify…I am shock and disbelief that you described the CBC as neutral. You have got to be kidding! For the record, I am 100% in favour of de-funding the CBC. If you want public television, use the PBS model, not 1 billion dollars annually of tax payer money.
commented 2015-10-22 09:59:24 -0400
Let’s see Pierre? You post a link that proves you are a liar about CBC being unbiased. CBC had their budget cut and were on the chopping block and you say they were unbiased.
Harper was the best thing to happen here after horrible Liberal PMs.
commented 2015-10-22 09:53:55 -0400
Pierre we all want the CBC dumped from our welfare rolls. Our money is supporting a useless anti conservative 1 billion dollars garbage station. The lie is that it wasn’t biased . It appears they knew they were on the chopping block!

It’s funny watching all the butt hurt people rushing in to defend Justin. Face facts people, nobody thinks the guy is an intellectual giant, not even his own party. Why do you think they left him at home when they announced the costing to their plan? They wanted to emphasize they have very smart people not named Justin Telrudeau to take care of the budget, and that they are not planning on letting the thing “balance itself”
commented 2015-10-22 09:50:42 -0400
Well, it does not seem like it will convince anybody or change anything even if i post news about each and everything things i said.
I’m just saying it not all roses with Harper, they should have choose another leader for the conservatives.
commented 2015-10-22 09:50:21 -0400
I get so tired of people like Pierre-Luc that throw out the accusation, which are nothing more than the leftist lies, and cannot prove what they say. That is actually called libel.
commented 2015-10-22 09:45:33 -0400
@ Pierre-luc

You diatribe is a load of lies and bullshit. You have to stop believing all the left wing crap you read. Harper was accused of a lot of things by the left that simply is not true. Prove your accusations.
commented 2015-10-22 09:42:27 -0400
Andrea, Pierre is a loon! CBC and all networks were anti Harper.
commented 2015-10-22 09:34:32 -0400
@pierre-Luc you said, “Cuts in the state television network (cbc) , and plans to privatize it (the only big neutral news service in Canada).” Really? Are you serious?
commented 2015-10-22 09:27:44 -0400
The only reason this kid was elected, is do to with the corrupt media, and the constant attacks on our country, by the UN, and by that piece of crap to the south, who considers himself to be a god. I think we need to head down to Washington, and burn down their Whitehouse again!
commented 2015-10-22 09:25:10 -0400
Dude, first off… Who the fuck dresses you? Nice shirt and tie combo ass hat… Anyway… anytime you’re up for a debate I’m throwing down the gauntlet. Bring you’re rhetoric, I will bring my facts, charm and wit.
commented 2015-10-22 09:22:02 -0400
@charleton G If i’m lying my ass off than every news services in the country is lying too.
commented 2015-10-22 09:06:48 -0400
Hyacinth, you are correct. I apologize to all those who’s eyes are brown and you are not full of shit … i.e. brown eyed conservatives. ;o)

Good rephrase.

Peter Netterville commented
Yousa Kamadick said, “he most hateful, secretive & fiscally irresponsible prime minister in Canadian history – Stephen J. Harper”

Yousa Kamadick, your eyes are brown.

Hey, not all of the people who have brown eyes are full of shit. I would have phrased it differently and will:

Yousa Kamadick you are a mental midget whose only noteworthy talent is flapping your gums while pushing your head up your arse. Please remove your head from said body part, you are in dire need of air.

Karen I don’t think this is just about opinion. This is about facing a world in turmoil and the need for a strong leader. This is the worst possible time for an idiot to be in power. We have seen what a weak President has done.
commented 2015-10-22 08:49:52 -0400
Trudeau is an idiot but he had the better campaign. His advisors were Obama advisors and targeted Harper as a monster and Canadians bought it. They also cozies up to the ethic groups like Muslim religious groups.
Harper, the best PM we ever had ran a lack luster campaign. Conservatives would never vote Liberal or NDP but many who voted Conservative did.
We literally have thrown Kurds and the ME under the bus. Carbon taxes are comming and law and order will suffer. Yes he’s an idiot and I can’t wait to see what he does when faced with tough issues.
commented 2015-10-22 08:44:32 -0400
Trudeau is in bed with the bankers ,Harper was in bed with big oil, and Mulcair with the environmentalists. So, which is worse?

They’re all politicians and they all get coached and played and never make everybody happy.
It’s useless to come on this site as a leftie and argue with conservatives, you are not going to change our minds. We see Trudeau as a bumbling, embarrassing boychild, and you see him as the second coming of Christ!
Isn’t difference of opinion wonderful and entertaining?
commented 2015-10-22 08:40:22 -0400
I agree Bravo, we are under assault by left wing scum posters. Ezra needs to zap them into oblivion. Pierre is lying his ass off.
commented 2015-10-22 08:33:57 -0400
Pierre that is bull shit.
commented 2015-10-22 08:27:53 -0400
@ Ron Christensen – for your information less than 40% of Canadians voted for the liberals. So in fact more than 60% of Canadians want to know the answers to the questions I asked.

However even if only 1% want to know the answers to the questions, they are worth answering.

My comments were not a rant – they were questions.

Questions the poster refused to answer.

Instead he showed how he hated being asked those questions because he in fact supports everything I asked him to renounce.

Prove me wrong and stop the attacks – answer the questions.

I thank you for your valuable input to the discussion.

It is very telling to those who are concerned about Canada and its future.

Wait, you are Canadian?
commented 2015-10-22 07:43:48 -0400
WTF Gavin?
While you are entitled to your opinion, it show that you have not been living in Canada.
And have you followed Canadian politic in the last ten years?
Here some deed from your ‘good’ prime minister Stephen Harper;
The muzzling of federal government scientists about the condition of Antarctica (and other environmental concerns).
Electoral fraud in the 2011 election.
Nomination of known criminals in the senate (at least a pedophile and a scammer).
Cuts in the state television network (cbc) , and plans to privatize it (the only big neutral news service in Canada).
The reversal of judgement made by the supreme court.
All journalists were banned from most the prime minister events.
Mismanagement of the national defense budget by buying overpriced defective jet planes (f-35 vs f/a-18).
Denouncing the legalization of marijuana while befriending Rob Ford.
The muzzling of the Auditor General of Canada and the parliament budget director, some of the few people he’s supposed to be accountable to.
Nominating his buddies/puppets as judges of the supreme court instead of using the due process with elections and interviews.
Building new jails because “unreported crime is raising”.
The Canada absence from the Kyoto protocol.
And his last coup de grace, signing a secret treaty, the Trans-Pacific Partnership in the midst of an election, conceding things that Trudeau will have to take the fall for.

And I’m missing a lot of stuff, the guy is leaving his post as prime minister as a multi millionaire while he never had in his life a salary that warrant this kind of wealth.

I invite you to google each one of those things.

I’m not saying that Trudeau was the right choice, but the real choice was between Trudeau and Harper. Never since like in an hundred year, Canadians had a prime minister who wasn’t Liberal or Conservative. It like the Democrat and the Republicans in the USA but we pretend that the other parties matters.

Trudeau might be an idiot, but at least he’s not Harper.
And believe me, we still have a bitter taste from Trudeau’s father reign.

Please forgive my English, it not my primary language.

Put a large “L” on liberals, RON. There is a huge difference.
commented 2015-10-22 06:30:09 -0400
This rant is idiotic! The general culture of the Rebel is one of arrogance and distain for any thinking outside of the “right tip”. This type of journalism (if you can call it that) is precisely what Canadians (70% of them) just rejected. Please kep it up because you are the best advertising liberals everywhere could ever dream of. Thanks again, great job!
