Those are exceptions to the rule. Last Man Standing was on for years at ABC, so I don’t think it was cancelled because it was conservative. Right or wrong, it just didn’t fit in with ABC’s new lineup. Other networks could have picked it up and didn’t. Clint is a legend and I wouldn’t call his movies conservative per se vs. American. They still appeal to liberals not unlike Stallone and Rambo. Clint’s lastest movie bombed hard.

Vincent is that you Jimmy?
“to watch some preachy conservative show instead.”

I guess you never watched Last Man Standing with Tim Allen, before the lefties cancelled it. Is Dennis Miller ‘faith based’ or ‘preachy’ as you put it? How about a Clint Eastwood directed movie? His last two were astounding hits at the box office. The audience is out there, we need the content.

It’s all about supply and demand. If the masses wanted to see conservative focused programming, then the studios would make that. They are making what most people want to see judging by the huge popularity of the shows and the incredible amounts of money they bring in.

With some exceptions, conservative or faith based movies and TV show don’t do very well at all financially, so I can see why conservative billionaires are not willing to get into film and TV production. They can’t compete and they would only appeal to a small demographic. People are not going to stop watching Game Of Thrones to watch some preachy conservative show instead.

Good thinking LLOYD, why not The Rebel join hundreds of other Ontario companies leaving Canada for the US because of Trudeau’s crocked friends and and their policies.

CARDILLO , the venue of CPAC , could be the beginnings of a borderless North American conservative movement

I love how the Canadian right is joining the American right , it gives me hope that if theREBEL gets shut down , it can operate from across the boarder , i wouldn’t even mind paying premium in American dollars
