If the British Columbia oil spill last weekend was so serious, why couldn't the Vancouver Sun find a better front page photo than one of a duck sitting on a rock -- with no oil in sight?
What's funnier is their giant headline -- TAINTED BY OIL -- even though their own photo shows the opposite!
But that's nothing: The CBC.ca's story took five reporters to write, and they used a deceptive, unrelated photograph, too.
This spill was hardly the Exxon Valdez all over again.
The small amount of oil that spilled off the coast of Vancouver this time was refined, so it evaporated quickly.
But so what? The hysterical media and environmental activists got to live out their nightmare fantasy scenario!
This incident proves once again that the mainstream media in Canada just can't be trusted.
