“Does anyone think this carbon tax will change the weather?”

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

Justin Trudeau's Liberals are going ahead with their national carbon tax, and the big question is — why? As I explained on last night's show, no other country has one; Australia repealed theirs in 2014.

Yes, a carbon tax will help save the planet. But throwing young virgins into volcanoes to appease the Climate God is probably are more effective countermeasure in the short term.

Andrew a carbon tax has never done any such thing and we had climate change long before we industrialized. Try some reality.

She will be able to temporarily balance the budget when she sells hydro One.
Politicians do that .
commented 2016-10-06 00:59:53 -0400
I can tell you why Wynne is implementing her carbon tax scheme. It has nothing to do with climate change and everything to do with her plan to attempt to balance the budget on the backs of taxpayers. Notice I said attempt to balance the budget. Once the revenue stream starts coming in the Liberals will not be able to help themselves and as in the past they will come up with some way to squander away the money on social programs they will use to try and buy votes before the next election.

Justin has finally pretended to be Man. And what does he do ? He is going to TAX everything,. What a Man ? Hey Justin -—Please tell us HOW you are going to WASTE our money . You have already given enough to the UN.

It won’t change the weather - but— if they would tell us where the money goes. They win.

Just like the GST was supposed to take care of the debt. Most likely it would have if it was collected and used for that. But it was a slush fund for any and everything.Just like this rip off tax will be.
So much for you suckers thinking you were getting a tax break.

I’d like to address the reoccurring phenomena of disinfo provocateurs dismissing probability and objective evidence as “conspiracy theory”.

This is a non sequitur used by disinformers to sell their narrative. It is important to understand there are “narratives” and then there is truth. Narratives attempt to color truth or obscure it because the truth is damaging to the narratives being offered for public consumption. We have many narratives competing for popular acceptance as a stand in for reality in a general public who cannot know the whole truth of subjects and issues unfamiliar to them. Creating narratives is a manipulative process to create consensus or alternate realities – they are routinely utilizes by corporate interests, political interests and governments to gain advantage.

The main weapon against false narratives and to find the truth beneath them is to tink independently and reason. The first alarm bel you are being lied to is when a narrative supported by probabilities and objective evidence is dismissed as a “conspiracy theory” – right away this is a logical fllacy because facts and history prove that conspiracy exists and it existsts in such normal abundance that we have conspiracy laws, conspiracy-busting police units and government investigators as wel as the historic record that shows us that most of the pivitol points in economic and political history were a matter of “conspiracy”.

A good rule of thumb in researching a narrative to find the truth beneath it is to attack it with two primary axioms = 1) “who benefits from disguising the truth” and 2) follow the money”.

In this case “Globalism” as a corporate-political dogma is a fact, so is its antithesis Nationalism – divining its benefit or detriment is a matter of objective evidence and weighing probabilities using these 2 main motivators. ((% of the time you will find narratives don not either benefit you or enhance your income – someone else is benefiting from you buying a narrative and not seeking the truth.

CHARLES NORRIS I would love to piss on Trudeau. Hope I get my wish someday soon.

Anyone who supports carbon taxes needs to be shot and pissed on!!!

1. All life in this plant is “carbon based”
2. The plants that rely produce oxygen rely on CO2
3. Carbon emissions are NOT the problem. Human population is the problem. Each and every human produces tones of CO2 just by breathing, farting, etc. More human require a more food. Which means livestock populations increase.

Its time to curb population growth in countries like China and India that continue to spread their populations across the world and exasperating the population problem.

Canada needs to stop immigration. Not tax something that is a non-issue in our 36 million population of a global population of 7billion!

Hang that peice of shit Trudeau and anyone that supports this pathetic initiative that will only send Canada into a deeper recession!!

Carbon Taxing is fraudulent in its intent and a proven failure as a policy – every jurisdiction who attemped implementation has abandoned it as economically unfeasable and ineffective in it’s stated goal.

In pith and substance a carbon tax is a tax on productivity and destroys the nation’s economic advantages against its competitors. Australia, Germany and France spiked the programs as it pushed their economies too close to the brink of stagnancy and allowed foreign market share in their economies to expand..

Until the Chinese, India and the ME are under identical productivity impediment taxation, it will be a disaster for western economies.

Personally I believe PM Selfie is virtue posing and once the realities of this mess are made clear to him by the few adults in the Liberal government, it will be dropped as quickly as his support for Aboriginal funding.

The Liberal party is a party of fools. They are throwing our prosperity away with both hands. High electricity costs shut down manufacturing in Ontario and with the growing surplus, to maintain stability in Hydro’s distribution system, electrical energy is dumped south making our American competition cheaper still. The Federal Liberals will drive out what remains of our industries and businesses by increasing pension costs, imposing a carbon tax and blocking pipelines. All this based on bogus, unproven science.

Hard times are coming to Canada. There will be no jobs, reduced pensions and no EI. People are going to be losing there homes and going hungry.

Well at least the youngsters and Justin will have their marijuana.

Ezra asked ‘why?’, ‘why is he doing this?’, when every other country is not.
Well my answer is, because he is an asshole with no brains.
This is NOT Trudeau doing this, but Gerald Butts! Trudeau is only following orders because the promise is if he is successful he will win a seat on the UN, and live happily ever after. The jerk does not have the brains to think up something like this all by himself – this is Gerald Butts all the way.
So, when we reach Ottawa the first person that should swing from the hemp rope will be and should be Gerald Butts, with Trudeau watching and knowing that when the rope stops swinging it is his turn.
I hate this arrogant brainless jerk named Trudeau so much that I would be glad to be the one to put the rope around his filthy neck. Prick.

The great irony in this whole false crisis issue is that when we are all unemployed and reduced to living in cardboard boxes begging in the streets, the last thing we’re going to want is colder winters.

As long as governments in Canada are willing to de-industrialize us, the short term strategy is to tax us to death. And I can say unequivocally that these dear leaders can’t look far enough in the future of their own destruction and ours.

We have had some of the calmest weather in world history. Sure their have been some earthquakes causing big waves and a few big storms and a couple droughts. But that has been going on since time began.
most of south western Ontario is covered by glacial till. Its not like we where around when that was happening or stopped. Climate is continually changing. seas rise and fall, ocean plates move and islands are built. And life goes on. Forest fires wipe out massive amounts of carbon storage in a matter of days, but amazingly we survive.

I have no problem with More CO2, as long as its not concentrated, and its filtered so it doesn’t have other toxins. And I hear Plants love the stuff, and I like plants, so carry on!

Sure a carbon tax will make the world safer, cooler, and have peace break out! It will destroy ISIS since it is the cause of ISIS, stop world terrorism, and increase bike sales. Everyone will drive around in a solar powered Tesla so long as we don’t go more than seven kilometres after a two day charge in the sun; winter will be about 100 metres. Oh well…

And as his wife, Princess Hasnobrains, tucks him into bed after reading him this fairy tale, he will have dreams of unicorns, fairies, pixie dust, and being on the UN’s Security Council.

Canada is actually a carbon sink, ah but the greenies refuse to believe in carbon off sets anymore, because it goes against the narrative that the sky is falling. This is one of the reasons why the Kyoto agreement was left to die, because it had provisions for carbon sinks.

To Andrew, and anyone else who is inflicted with this psychotic neuron-receptor whitewashing, as in this case, under the guise of pseudo-science, are incapable of discernment of truth, or, critical thinking and analysis, therefore, they also believe that Marxists, leprechauns, unicorns, pixie dust, tooth fairies, flying carpets, lawlessness, hedonism, debauchery, gluttony, dictators, ‘religion of peace’, ‘hug-a-thug’, and “the books will balance themselves”, are all one in the same utopian reality.

The entire carbon tax scheme is a devious and traitorous methodology of grossest proportions solely designed to enslave and impoverish the dhimmis. It is the biggest tax grab one could ever devise, for which, the exorbitant proceeds would be utilized to expedite the Agenda 21 New World Order of enriching the elites and complete the annihilation of Freedom, Liberty, Sovereignty, Free Will, Whites, and Christianity.

When the Lynch Mob finally catches up with Trudeau, he had better pray to Allah, because as sure as Hell, God ain’t going to help Him.

On second thoughts, I heard that God only helps those who help themselves. Trudeau has sure been doing a lot of that of late.

“Does anyone think this carbon tax will change the weather?” There seems to be a co-relation between the hot air emanating from the government and the carbon tax. So who knows.

Get rid if societal parasites problem solved, no need for carbon taxing & no worries of environment degradation.
commented 2016-10-05 12:06:13 -0400
The science does seem to support the underlying theories, in principle. If carbon taxes are effective at reducing emissions, and the experience in BC shows they are, and if increasing atmospheric carbon dioxide due to human activities is associated with climate change, which it seems to be, then you can reasonably deduce that carbon taxes will mitigate climate change. In practice, we won’t know for sure for a century or more if we’ve managed to get it under control. In that context, it does seem like doing something is better than doing nothing, notwithstanding a ten year adjustment period as things shift to reflect the new reality.

A lot depends on how it’s implemented. A thoughtful approach should be successful with minimal disruption, while other implementations can be useless and just piss people off.

Well, Ezra, the zombies believe it – they believe whatever they’re told by CBC or what comes through their selfie group on their iPhones. They are programmed not to reason – for them, manufactured reality is all they have.

You;ve seen them trolling here – notice the zombie-like repition of media-conditioned talking points. These people are the walking dead and have no opinion/idea that they cn claim as their own – THIS is the globalist constituency which has been media conditioned to cuth their own threats and take the rest of us with them down the vortex into servitude and poverty.
