“Dreamy”? Media Party obsessed with Justin Trudeau’s funny socks, old yoga picture

Brian LilleyArchive

The sickening "love affair" between PM Justin Trudeau and Canada's Media Party is becoming unbearable.

The Globe & Mail is supposed to be the national paper of record, but it's turning into Buzzfeed with its photo galleries of Trudeau's colourful socks.

And why is the CBC running stories about a three year old photo of Justin doing a yoga pose?

No wonder the mainstream media is dying...

Does anyone remember the attacks on PM Harper’s hair? Or the personal attack on him after he shook his son’s hand when he took him to school? I remember the constant demonizing attacks on the best PM that Canada has ever seen. And what makes the news for this fluff piece, his socks? Please…this is so shallow and unimportant, and is distraction for the public, until the liberals have levelled Canada for the terrorists.

“Brian, you should not bitch about …”

Sam YOU are a royal Phucktard! Go and do your consulting to the CBC & CTV – where obviously you have absolutely no problem with them leaving out whole stories and injecting all sorts of personal “opinion”!
Go FYS! …and buck up and pay your $$ Cheapskate!

Brian, you should not bitch about the rest of the news media needing to grow up, when the rebel itself needs a good dose of maturity.

FUCK OFF ASSHOLE!!! GO TROLL ON TORSTAR OR REDDIT YOU RUBE!!!

Yep – hopefully Peter Mansbridge remembers to wipe his chin after leaving Bernie Trudeau’s office.

I wonder if the mainstream media reporters are the same ones who wrote Saved By The Bell. Did you see Justin’s sick new socks? Isn’t he one of the sexiest leaders in the world? Who cares? I prefer a leader with substance.

The MSM is pathetic! Nothing of importance is on the front pages anymore. It’s all sports or horrible accidents, and anything newsworthy is buried in the back pages. Even Rob Ford’s funeral should have made front page, and since it didn’t, I’m going to continue throwing out the free copy of Sun that I get at A&W every morning. I open it to read the letters to editor, and maybe a couple of the columnists that I still have some respect for, but I don’t even read the editor’s responses anymore, because they are so stupid. They have to spread their propaganda now by giving it away for free.

Brian, you should not bitch about the rest of the news media needing to grow up, when the rebel itself needs a good dose of maturity.

Notorious examples of the rebel needing to grow up:
1 – Having to insert movie or tv clips in the middle of news videos.
2 – The god awful click bait headlines.
3 – The often arrogant and sarcastic approach to delivering the news.
4 – The many bad jokes you people make in your videos.
5 – Using terminology such as rapefugee.
6 – Tell David to stop using his nick name. Can you imagine if Peter Mansbridge started to call himself Peter The Mansoid Mansbridge?
7 – Jason and Matt and their completely unfunny sketches.
8- Gavin. As long as he is here, I will never give the rebel a penny. If you get rid of him, I may finally have sufficient motivation to support the rebel by buying a shirt or a mug.

Brian,it is the rebel that needs to grow up.

Says more about the intellectual make up of both the media and its subscribers. Running fluff pieces on the beloved leader’s socks while ignoring his gargantuan warts, is a North Korean media specialty that Canada’s politically compromised media seems to mimic in an only slightly less obvious way

I cannot help noticing The Rebel.media seems to spend an inordinate amount of time on Justin Trudeau’s image, including things like his socks.

It reminds me of the old Conservative Party that spent literally millions of dollars on ads emphasizing Trudeau’s hair-do and then complained that the Liberals won the election based on image.
