“Hijab Hoax” fake hate crime warrants maximum penalty

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

On last night's show, retired lawyer Manny Montengrino joined me to discuss the "Hijab Hoax".

The CBC never misses an opportunity to pander to Muslims:

They published a "hate crime" story within 45 minutes of the Toronto police announcement and organized a press conference for the eleven-year-old "victim."

Is that normal?

Liberal cabinet ministers, Premier Kathleen Wynne, Mayor John Tory and Justin Trudeau all Tweeted their outrage before any charges had been laid.

The story turned out to be a fabrication.

Canadians were smeared and divided over a lie.

WATCH my interview with Manny Monetengrino, who questioned its veracity from the start, to see why he thinks the girl's mother deserves the maximum penalty.

We demand the Toronto Police Service investigate Saima Samad for misleading police by lying about her daughter being attacked for wearing a hijab. SIGN OUR PETITION if you agree.

Jeannette Davis… Your belief that this whole fiasco was engineered without the help of the parents is “touching”… The dead giveaway during her interview was her brother smirking during the whole process… It was coached acting from start to finish and if you can’t accept that then I can only hope they move in next to you…

Jeannette I think you are wrong and the mother was part of it . Most likely can’t prove it but if the shoe was on the other foot , that Canadian would have bee arrested by now . Weather it was true or not it got the results they were looking for .

I won’t sign your petition and here’s why: A young girl lied for whatever reason (probably for attention). As a mother, you believe your children. We need to all remember what it was like to be 11. This young girl, I’m sure, did not realize it would snowball like this. And yes, this is definitely a hot button right now. The police did a great job of sorting this out and its’ over. Further, let’s not forget that this girl was also interviewed by the media without a parent or guardian… just plain irresponsible by the media… maybe you media types can stop and pause a minute before you release a story and get the facts from an adult before you go to press…

Word of warning to the police, try to pursue charges , for one day you will be labeled , count on it.

I wonder what some of the useful idiots will do if a fake claim is ever made against them? Imagine “CBC Executive cuts girls Hijab” , HINT HINT!

Well Canada the oppressive fist is beginning to be inserted, and there will be no lube. Prepare to resist since your freedom has been sold out by the left.

Lets get real here. Islamists are what, 5% of the population. Yet the crimes committed by them against Canadians far exceeds those committed by Canadians against them. I say bill m103 should be changed to protect non-islamists from islamists.

I hope your petition works Ezra, cause I for one am sick & tired of this crap. Everytime something involving Muslims gets in the news all the bleeding hearts are out there apologizing, bad mouthing, etc before the facts are are even out, it’s disgusting. Now, an 11 year old girl could not have fabricated this story without someone else involved like her mother. Since her hijab was cut & if they did not find scissors on her person, the cutting was done beforehand. What is it the police found to debunk the story, are they going to divulge it or are we to be left in the dark again, like so many times before, I’m thinking of that young Quebecker, shooting at people in the mosque. Also how quickly did Trudeau, Wynne, Tory & Scheer came out later to call this fraud a crime, because lying to the police is a crime, not a peep out of them, shame on them.

Apology?

Penalty?

It is evil islam – the favoured religion of the lieberals.

It will never happen.

No charges will ever be laid.

The islamic prime minister has decreed this to the politicians and police – all who are slowly but certainly becoming the enemy of the tax payer.

Toronto Councilor Neethan Shan was quick off the mark. Soon after the incident was reported on Friday he tweeted, “Islamophobia is an issue that impacts Torontonians. This is why I am advocating for January 29th to be recognized as a Day of Remembrance and Action on Islamophobia. Please share widely and let your councillor know you are in support of this motion”.

Shan introduced the motion Jan. 12, the same day as reports that a Scarborough teen was attacked and her hijab cut away with scissors. The motion will be going to the Jan. 31 meeting of Toronto Council.

A rule of thumb for leftists, “never let a good crisis go to waste”, according to Rahm Emanuel, President Barack Obama’s former chief of staff.

David Houston: No one thinks real intolerance doesn’t exist but lying about it and exaggerating the extent of it is committing a fraud on the public and also falsely making a racist charge against Asians. If it is not to be tolerated about Muslims why is it OK to denigrate Asians with fake claims of racism. Isn’t that being racist?

We have to stay on top of these things. There’s no doubt these situations are engineered with criminal intent, to garner broad support for a non-existent “persecution” of one particularly dangerous grievance group, with the end result to shut down speech and criminalize anyone who wants to live in peace, freedom and democracy. The face of evil in this Government is clear with who they support, who they hate, and how they’ve utterly perverted the meanings of “diversity, inclusion and tolerance” to inflict some dystopian agenda on us all.

No way they charge the mother. Because she plays into the narrative that Canadians are racist vs Muslims. Look at the Toronto star headline. "Hijab hoax was wrong, but we would be fools to think islamaphobia doesn’t exist. ". Canadians are against the violent extremism position of Muslims not the entire religion

Maybe the girl thought this was a way to get out of wearing her hijab.
In any case she has brought shame to her family and we all know what that means.
commented 2018-01-16 16:40:44 -0500
Charges? Ain’t never gonna happen. Islam is involved. Most likely coordinated by Jihadi Justin’s PMO explaining the quick news conference condemning Canadians before the story was outed as a fake!

Unlike Trudeau, he was not a con artst.

Freddie, like Trudeau, was a Muslim

I find it interesting how you focus on the moral outrage of Liberals, but Andrew Scheer of the CPC tweeted about his disgust and wanting to bring the assailant to justice hours before Trudeau. Seem to recall Andrew posted both a french and English version of his Tweet as well.

The Three Feminists – Hijab Justin, Burka Kathy, and Niqab Tory. For the most part, I favour banning the burka but in the case of McWynne, I would make an exception.

The statements made by the girl and her mother at the press conference sounded like they could have been written by Gerald Butts.
I wonder which of the local area MPs were involved in coordinating the press conference? We will probably never know because by now the Politburo has certainly declared this information to be a state secret.
commented 2018-01-16 15:15:30 -0500
If the mother knowingly reported this offense to the police with the knowledge that it was a fabrication, she should be charged.
I hesitate to use the word should , because if the essential elements of the crime are present, you must charge the offender.
Given the level of coverage by the media ,it is plausible that a violent reaction by a Muslim based on this information could have occurred. It may yet!
This is no joke.Police and fireman have been killed en route to phoney reports .
Inequality in the application of the law ,giving deference to religious belief or ethnicity will totally destroy the criminal justice system We are well on our way to that point .

If one of us “racist”, “bigot”, “Islamophobic” Canadians put in a false police report, you can bet we’d get the maximum penalty.

Hey I actually found one but he left the country after being charged.
commented 2018-01-16 11:52:38 -0500
How many races other than white have ever been charged for a hate crime?
Where is that statistic? Bet you cant find any.

No big surprise here. It is spelled out in their “book” that it is perfectly acceptable to lie to non-believers, especially if the object is to promote their cult (not a real religion). Yes, the mother should face the full force of the law, but just watch. Nothing will happen to the perpetrator.

… Yet our prime minister clearly has no concern about this fraud.
… Same with our useless conservative politicians.
