"Judicial negligence": Cape Cod cop killer was arrested 111 times

John CardilloRebel Host | Off The Cuff

On the last episode of Off The Cuff Declassified, Det. Rob O’Donnell (NYPD Ret.)  joined me to discuss the cop killer in Cape Cod who wasn't in prison despite having been arrested 111 times.

Rob explains that if judges and the courts had followed the laws and done their jobs properly, this savage murderer wouldn't have been walking the streets and Officer Sean Gannon would still be alive.

You have to appreciate that Bluenosers are very “forgiving people”, at least until you raid their family still or daddy’s lobster trap….

This treatment of this confirmed habitual violent criminal by the judicial system was actually harsh compared to how he would have been treated in Canada. In Canada, we don’t really have a criminal justice system, we have a criminal coddle and pamper system. Every judge, whether they’re personally inclined to grant justice to the victims of crime or not, are restricted by Canadian law that treats criminals as the true victims…. because they weren’t breast fed or some such nonsense. Such is the country we live in.

Andrew Gordo Steele Stephenson would have you believe that more gun control on law abiding citizens will make criminals register their guns, stop acquiring guns through any means, and stop from pulling the trigger if they registered the gun.

Instead if adding more gun controls that really only apply to honest law abiding people, maybe we should concentrate on Criminal control and BTW stop prosecuting victims for defending themselves, their families and/or others.
