“Murder on the Orient Express” — Can there ever be true justice?

Ben DaviesRebel Host | Rebel Reel Reviews

Nostalgia is a formidable opponent to originality and creativity, so there is almost nothing more challenging then remaking a fondly remembered Academy Award winning movie like 1974's Murder on the Orient Express.

Along with being more "political," how does Kenneth Branagh's remake, in theatres now, compare to the first film?

This cinematic whodunnit makes you wonder:

Can there ever be true justice?

Saw it tonight. It’s okay. Not a “watch twice” movie.

I really like these reviews and have been checking them out more often. Thing is, I’m not sure I can listen as fast as Ben Davies can talk. Wow….that was a lot to try and follow in such a short space of time! Good job, though. Well worth the ‘short space of time.’

- Sounds interesting though I’m really sick of remakes.

Thanks Ben.

I am going to look for the original film, haven’t seen it & the cast sounds far more interesting than the remake. I do not like Johnny Depp, and, his involvement in this film cinches it for me!
