“Screw them!”: Motorcyclists react to Suzuki’s “Bike to Work Week” campaign

David MenziesMission Specialist

Environmental activists like David Suzuki and Al Gore think we all need to do more to reduce carbon emissions so they’ve declared a “Bike to Work Week”.

In an effort to help out, I attended a meet-up of hardcore motorcycle enthusiasts in downtown Toronto to ask if they’d be willing to trade their carbon emitting bikes for a bike without a motor for a week.

Watch as they react and offer their suggestions for what the environmental hypocrites can do with their idea.

I’m going to run my lawnmower and not cut the grass in honor of Suzuki.

I will be in my big diesel truck with any luck l might run over a fruit fly.

OK.. As long as Dr. Fruit Fly promises that the next time he visits his Nelson Island cottage near Campbell River, he will paddle all the way from his Vancouver Point Grey mansion rather than taking a seaplane?… Deal?…

I do diesel. Do they make diesel bikes?? …something that makes smoke when ridden.
Gore & Suzuki are Frauds & they know it! – all their screaming about the USA rightfully dropping away from the Paris pact of thieves – is absolutely demonically criminal.
Gore used to belittle Pres. Bush about being environmentally unfriendly – when the facts became known Bush used & had a carbon footprint which was 10% of what Gore’s was.
If these guys kept their mouths shut – means no flying anywhere – just think of the saved carbon.
HOWEVER – the fact is CO2 is not a harmful gas & is an absolute essential gas for the plants to grow – so in fact these fraudsters are making a serious attempt of KILLING off the vegetation on this planet.
Us CO2 emitters will in fact be the ones SAVING the planet.
Canada is CO2 deficient – that’s why I burn diesel!

Suzuki and Gore—-Almost all of their predictions never happened. Only the brainwashed still listen to them.

Because Suzuki/Gore suggested it means absolutely nobody should try or endorse that nonsense. Motorbikes use very little gas anyway. Hilarious though, David Menzies.

You’re great, David

Suzuki and Gore, a pair of Clowns. They have one thing in common, neither of them know what they are talking about. They both made a lot of money espousing BS.

Typical Suzuki, telling everyone else to bike, while he and his elitist friends have multiple homes, and fly everywhere at the drop of a hat. What a hypocrite!

Hey Suzuki , how about NO! You are not anyones boss and you are a carbon pig.

Loved it David! These guys are real!

David Menzies -Canadian Bad Ass!
Very entertaining report, I’m glad the motorcyclists are sticking to their engine powered bikes!
David Suzuki’s bike to work week just doesn’t work for me, I would have to start peddling at 5:30 am to get to work on time; then, I would need a nap….my productivity would be called into question, and it could lead to HR intervention. I agree with the woman who said, “Screw him!”
