PRANK: “Should Canada stay in the European Union?” WATCH how many say “Yes”!

Lauren SouthernArchive

With the United Kingdom's European Union "Brexit" referendum approaching on June 23, I figured it would be a great idea to approach Canadians to get an understanding of where they stand on the relationship.

After speaking to Canadians and asking what they thought of the Canadian referendum, it seems not many people knew that Canada was not in the EU at all!

Not only that, Canadians want to stay in a European Union we were never a part of.

A scary prospect, luckily not a reality -- hopefully the EU don’t get any ideas.

Disturbing. The people ooze opportunism and dishonesty. I feel like we’re the last Canadians …

Lauren: next time yoy do one of these prank man in the street opinion farces, split the respondents up generationaly between Boomers, X-ers and Millenniakls to see which group is dumber.

How can they not know we are not in the EU, these are liberal voters at there finest, Just because they went to university does not mean they are even mildly intelligent. Most will perish if the power goes out for a few weeks and there phone doesn’t work.

Sadly, if Lauren asked the same questions in the Alberta NDP lunchroom, she would probably get similar responses.

These people are probably confused between the terms EU and UN, understandably.
People in their 20s aren’t dumber; rather, their priorities are elsewhere.
Ask someone a generation older and you’ll get better answers.

Turdo is taking advantage of this ignorance by slithering away more of our sovereignty to international bodies like the U.N.

A true leader and statesman would empower the citizenry so they can make more informed choices.
Turdo has Canada’s choices made up for himself, since his moral values are higher than the pesky people who disagree with him.

The Turdo adolescent honeymoon is over once President Trump is sworn into office.
Then it’ll become readily apparent that Junior is not seated with the table with the adults.

Turdo can then take his fantasyland global warming scheme to the play pen, where he can dream up other imaginary stuff that the adults don’t have time for.

These are the people who helped elect Turdo.

I’m betting that memberships of this age group in Mensa are pitifully low in this country.

THIS is the generation that voted TruDOPE into the position he is in…..uninformed, ignorant Canadians who have NO clue what is going on around them. Pathetic.

James: Keep on Walk er ing off the edge of your flat earth. I’m super impressed with the the knowledge of the young folks Lauren engaged. Makes me proud to see what a superior education system we have. Do these zygotes even know they live in Canada? Gives me great comfort to see what a bang up job our teachers and professors are doing. This is troubling. I used to pity the US after every episode of Water’s World. I guess I should be proud that we can say our dummies are just as stupid as theirs. Better make sure our teacher’s unions are well greased, it would be catastrophic to find out we are not in the EU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

See how well our Marxist education system works.

No Canada is not in the EU but we are in the UN, who control the EU with their Marxist agenda.

If the UK votes to stay in the EU, then they are Bat Sht Crazy.

Stupid Canadians live in action who criticize those from other countries, particularly Americans.

Stupid, arrogant and naive.

There is no worse form of person.

And these are the same simple minded Canadians that voted for Justin Trudeau not because he’s smart or was a great ski instructor but because he’s cute. These low informed citizens should be embarrassed and have their voting rights revoked. Not because they voted Trudeau because they are stupid and completely out of touch with society. Again this is another indicator why our unions should have no input what so ever in how our youth are taught in schools.

This is Lauren, and this is her world. I like Canada’s version of Water’s World!
commented 2016-05-06 13:54:26 -0400
Maybe we should join the EU just so we can then turn around and leave the EU. You know, to make a moral statement that the EU is not worthy of Canada. (dry humor alert)

This interview reveals how sad our Canadian educational system is. We used to say that the American system was rather poor when it came to teaching international history, affairs and geopolitical issues.
Guess what, we’re now the poorest system.

James, just because you fell for the joke doesn’t mean Lauren is embarrassed for you.

Good questions, Lauren. Did you tell many or any of them after the fact that we’re not in the EU? Some of the recent U of C grads I’ve dealt with show a shocking combination of arrogance about their knowledge, lack of critical thinking skills, and compartmentalization about knowledge.

One engineer knew that plants grow better with more CO2, that greenhouses get hot because the walls and roof prevent air convection (hot air rising), that Calgary spent most of the last million years under a sheet of ice, that there’s more biodiversity at the equator than the poles, and he was worried that catastrophic anthropogenic climate change was going to kill us all. When I strung his beliefs together for him into “we need to starve the poorest subsistence farmers to prevent our interglacial from extending into a possible runaway positive feedback that has never been seen in nature and would restore temperatures from 10 million years ago” he paused and thought, and then agreed. When I told him that was one of the most evil things I had ever heard, he looked startled and said “we’re not hurting the farmers if we take away what they’ve never had.” He had all of the pieces, but could not (or would not) put them together.

This is embarrassing.
For Lauren Southern.
