"Victory": Line 9 pipeline reversal gets final approval

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

Good news: The National Energy Board has granted final approval for the "reversal" of the Line 9 pipeline.

The pipeline was originally built to bring Alberta oil to central Canada, but when world prices changed, the direction of the flow was reversed.

Since then, it's been shipping OPEC oil to the West.

Now circumstances have changed again, and Line 9 will once again be used to send Alberta oil to Quebec refineries.

This is great news for Canada's ethical oil industry, and for Quebec coffers.

Now $10-million a day stays here in Canada instead of going to Russia or other authoritarian regimes.

The only people who will be upset today are the anti-pipeline Left.

Re Brinkman " I’m happy about the news released today by the Mulcair Government that CBC will see a reversal in it’s $115 Million funding cuts "
Brinkman, Are you retarded?

I live a couple hundred yards from Line 9 and honestly its almost like it doesn’t exist. There is no pervasive fear of leaks or crack in the community and Enbridge is constantly in an upkeep mode to ensure safety and environmental protection. Do I love pipelines, no. Are the necessary for the economy – sure.

Good going we are finally making progress in getting Canada energy independent.

This should mean that millions of dollars per day are staying in this country and not going to the middle east and Africa.

Hurray wonderful news, one baby step at a time. Now we need to get more of the pipe lines A-ok’d. Vote right!

CHARLES WHITE – Just so you know I’ve flagged your comments as personal attacks, spam and accusations of criminal activity here on the Rebel Media – If you feel strongly that I am stalking SHEILA GUNN REID and you fear for her safety I suggest you contact the R.C.M.P. – I’ve taken copies of you comments for legal purposes – I would suggest you stop making false accusations and apologize to both SHEILA GUNN REID and myself…

Richard Brinkman posted: "SHEILA GUNN REID beat me out of a job I applied for so…. " on another story.

He is man enough to admit he has penis envy for the better person who received the job. However, instead of stalking her, maybe he should look at other news out-lets that will appreciate what he has to offer. I don’t think those of us who have been passed over for a job has ever stalked the successful candidate the way Richard is doing…scary.

Your Damp Dream about Mulcair, just happens to be, the worst nightmare, for the majority of Canadians. Why not forget what Daddy did, think for yourself and vote Right. You will feel a lot better, Im sure. Watch the video ‘THE MULCAIR DECEPTION’ on Youtube. You will see Ed Broadbent trying to convince the NDP that Mulcair is a bad choice to pick as a leader. We have, in the US of A a Loose Cannon on the deck, we sure as hell do not need another one in Canada.

Unless it’s exported to high value markets it won’t be much of a deal.

In a nation with common interests, this was always a no-brainer.
The fact that it took so long support the case for secession. We are a glob of different regions with different values and interests, each of whom envisions a different future. No wonder “divide and conquer” politics is the path to government.
Our boundaries should track the areas of commonality.

The NDP (Nazi Demokrat Party) Supreme Commandant here in Alberta, Rachael Notley had been claiming this was a pipeline she supported; since it was the only one that wasn’t approved. Now that it IS approved, I can’t wait to see what road blocks she tries to throw up, since she has already declared her fealty to the Supreme National Commander of Quebec, and offered to make any concession and pay any tithes they desired with respect to the dishonor of accepting our oil from the pipeline reversal.

Hurrah for our side, the side of reason and prosperity and sanity.

Fill up with gas and finance terror

Time to cut off mid east oil completely and use our own

Great news.

Now the cBc has 6 months of anti-content to broadcast that no one will watch.

envirotards heads will be exploding all across Canada today.
Chalk this up as a victory of reason over irrationality.
All of Canada wins on this decision.

It was always a wonder to me that line 9 was so disputed in the first place. That is some good news in dark times. Very welcomed.

I don’t understand why in an environment so full of “conspiracy theorists” that the opponents to this were not caught out as being funded by Saudi oil interests.

Before I had the oil heating removed from my home completely…(I live on the east coast)….I had a custom built venturi vortex cap put on the chimney that served as flue for my furnace and water heater made out of galvanized steel. From time to time in the off season I would get a Jerry can of truck deisel to top up my tank and pay the premium road tax rather than get a feul truck delivery with the cheaper red dyed product just to keep the water heater running in the summer.

The oil we were receiving locally came mostly from Venezuela…..it was so sulphur laden that it became an issue of suitability for fuel for the Northumberland Ferries….

It was so sulphur laden that it created enough sulphuric acid vapour to cause my venturi cap to dissolve and fall off in less than one year.

Awesome news!
Brinkman, Ezra doesn’t think about you ever you idiot.

Great news, now we can support a Canadian economy while producing more jobs and the big plus, less money to dictators and their terrible human rights abuses. How can an environmentalist not like this? It will produce less carbon as we will not be shipping this oil from across the ocean, it’s a win win for all.
commented 2015-10-05 17:07:27 -0400
Finally, we live in an advanced society where we need energy to survive. I invite all the environmentalists to stop driving their cars, stop heating their homes in the winter, stop cooling their homes in the summer, stop using smart phones, stop using TV’s, stop using computers, stop using plastic, you get my drift. Until environmentalists do this then their complaining will be nothing more than that mosquito that is very annoying around you and you wish nothing but to squash it. If environmentalists want to live in the stone age then move into the mountains and become one with nature, until then, shut up you hypocrite.

Excellent news.

Now watch all the illegal protests pop up everywhere. The utterly moral-less enviro-weenies will do anything and everything to stop the project.

Brinkman, another good reason why the Mulcair government can never get into office. The very last thing the CBC needs is more money. The very first, second, third and fourth things the CBC needs is morals and ethics. When they grow some morals and ethics, then we can look at getting their money back.

A public broadcaster like the CBC supported by the public purse makes no sense today as they will pander to (that is, bend the news in favour of )whatever political party promises to give them more from the public trough. Mulcair gives another good why reason not to vote NDP! Only a lefty would think it appropriate for the public purse to support the CBC’s leftist propaganda.

A day of reversals – I’m happy about the news released today by the Mulcair Government that CBC will see a reversal in it’s $115 Million funding cuts -Being Lefty myself I’ll need to learn more about Line 9 pipeline to understand why Ezra Levant thinks I should be pissed off!?
