The Women’s March in Calgary happened this weekend alongside Yellow Vest protests which have been going on for months every Saturday near Calgary City Hall.
There was a large showing on both sides, however, the turnout for the Women’s March dwindled compared to last year.
The Women's March was not made up of every-day working women, or mothers and grandmothers – no, it was made up of radical SJW activists. It’s not much of a surprise after the Women's March organizers, including Linda Sarsour, have been plagued with accusations of anti-Semitism.
Many NDP Members of the Alberta Legislature joined the crowd or radical third-wave feminists, and I had the chance to catch up with Joe Ceci, Alberta’s Finance Minister.
He told me that he was attending the Women's March to fight for "equality" (a.k.a. virtue signal), and he also had some rather unpleasant things to say about the adjacent Yellow Vest protesters.
