About a month ago, I published a bombshell story on Deron Bilous. He’s a high-ranking NDP cabinet minister from the Notley government in Alberta, and he's going through some tough times.
He's going through a bitter divorce, which is always unfortunate. Affidavits are flying every which way, and I managed to get my hands on a few of them. In these affidavits, Deron Bilous’ wife, Rosa, swore under oath that the minister has a serious drug and alcohol addiction. She also alleges Bilous "stepped out" of marriage a few times. (Times that happened to line up with the NDP sexual misconduct cover-up last year).
Bilous's wife also alleged that Heather Mack, the chief of staff to the Minister of Infrastructure, appeared in court with Deron Bilous. What interest does the NDP Ministry of Infrastructure have in the divorce proceedings of Deron and Rosa Bilous?
Keep in mind, Heather Mack was shifted to the Ministry of Infrastructure only six days prior to her skipping out on serving Albertans, to go to court that day. Maybe the contractors building the Calgary Cancer Centre just happened to be in that courtroom or something; that is the only reason I can think of that a chief of staff from this or any other major government department would take time off from her new (approximately $150,000 a year) job to go to that courthouse.
Simple questions — and Albertans want answers.
In my report, you’ll hear Alberta Infrastructure Minister Sandra Jansen say that her staff are very busy. Why, according to her, sometimes this six-figure salaried chief of staff needs to answer the phone eight times a day! Eight times!
Sandra Jansen also says her staff “don’t get the recognition they need” and she is right! The mainstream media completely ignored the exposé from last month, so I figured Heather Mack could answer my questions on camera. As you will see in the video, she was at a loss for words.
After Mack ignored my questions, I was going to ask the Minister herself, Sandra Jansen, if she knew why her high paid employee played hooky on her sixth day of work. Unfortunately, after this encounter with Mack, Sandra’s handlers hurried her away, keeping her from her media availability scheduled with her federal counterpart, and Calgary Mayor Naheed Nenshi.
