Alberta taxpayers cover NDP bureaucrat Brent Dancey's rent

Sheila Gunn ReidRebel Host | The Gunn Show

If you were an NDP loyalist from Manitoba who's been convicted of a violent assault, the Alberta NDP is ready to welcome you with open arms and a $120,000 government job.

That's what happened to Brent Dancey, who's now working as Chief of Staff to Shannon Phillips the Minister of Environment and Parks.

Ezra broke the story on Dancey's violent past; you can check it out at FireDaney.ca

We filed a freedom of information request to find out how much Albertans were paying to import an NDP loyalist from Manitoba. In all, it cost $7000 to move Dancey to Alberta.

Included in that figure is Dancey's rent!

WATCH my video to see how much Alberta taxpayers were forced to pay to cover the rent of an NDP staffer making $120,000.

@Andy Neimers…I am not sure what the travel and relocation spending limit policies are in Alberta but the federal ones on spending limits are posted on the Treasury Board website. The same sort of thing happens when soldiers , sailors and airmen get re-posted to other bases which happens frequently.

Glenn Craig… So Albertans should be thankful that Brent Dancey didn’t choose to “board” at the Ritz-Carlton until he found suitable digs?…

I thought the NDP did not like the rich getting free stuff.

It is normal policy for relocation both federally and provincially to pay the rent of motel/hotel accomodation until the house you are moving into becomes available, which can be a couple of months if you bought it occupied.

The other issues with this man…be they as they may….this is a normal and in no way out of the ordinary practice and the conservatives do the same thing in relocations.

That’s soon coming to BC if this new coalition doesn’t fall quickly.

When people vote for Gangstism, then they must be prepared for Shaftism.
