A while back, Australian journalist Alison Bevege won a Human Rights Tribunal case she filed after a Muslim speaker in a public library told her to sit at the back of the room.
From there, she asked him if he believed that apostates from Islam should be killed — and he said yes!
As you might have guessed, Bevege is a fearless reporter — she reminds me of our Alberta Bureau Chief Sheila Gunn Reid.
As I told you on Friday's show, Bevege will now be covering different beats in Australia, for the Rebel:
Multiculturalism, immigration, indigenous affairs, and other issues that have stunning parallels in Canada, as you'll hear her explain.
