Amazon snubs PEGIDA, donates its profits from anti-Islam group's song to pro-refugee charity – even though profits were intended for homeless Germans

StaffRebel Columnist

Amazon has pulled a fast one on Pegida (Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamisation of the Occident) and say they will donate their profits from the group's song to a pro-refugee charity.

The instrumental song Gemeinsam sind wir stark – German for “Together we are strong” was released around Christmas. Pegida says its profits would go to homeless Germans.

However, Amazon had other ideas. “Amazon’s profits from the sale of this song will go to a non-profit-making organisation supporting refugees,” the company said.

The song has since been pulled from the site.

The left-wing media are no strangers to bashing the anti-Islam group and its cause by frequently referring to them as 'far-right' and 'xenophobic'.

All this despite Germany's downward spiral into its own hell.

SAM YOUNG – that depends on who’s writing the history—“…who controls the present, control the past.”

Centuries from now, historians will be referring to our times as the age of stupidity.

Kelly not sure where you stand on Islamists but the left supports sharia and sharia does not allow abortion that you stand up for.

After I saw this, Amazon just lost me (and my company) as a customer. I think my company can compete and win against them after seeing s*** like this.

Me thinks that Amazon stands to lose a lot more than their integrity, if this little snippet gets out! I’m praying for it to be so. There’s nothing like an empty wallet to reign in the crazies!

I wonder how many media outlets will cover this one?

I have a number in mind and it is not between one and ten.

Outside of this one?

Zero perhaps?

Amazon just lost another customer here!

Amazon has been going down hill fast ever since Bezos became a Bilderberger and bought the WaPo. He’s fully on line as a ruling elite technocrat and I now worry about where all the personal data Amazon has gathered on customers will end up.

I spent my last dime there.

Amazon just lost our business – we do about 10K a year through them – and I am the decision maker.

Not a huge amount but it is enough.

Pandering cowards make me sick. They should be sued over this and big time. This is a breach of trust on many levels.
