Ambrose popular with “hoi polloi” but WRONG to wade into leadership race

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

Cameron Justin is nuts and the lib nuts picked him to be their leader. How retarded is that? And that is me putting it nicely.

I’ve just lost all respect for Rona Ambrose.

Far as I’m concerned, Ambrose can shoot her mouth off all she wants – after all, she pretty well represents what the majority of her Party stands for: not much of anything.

If Rona Ambrose wants to publicly agree or disagree with the positions of any leadership candidate, it would be perfectly acceptable for her to do so at the leadership convention. But until that convention begins she has a job to do, and remaining more or less neutral is an important part of that job.

Totally agree with Bonokoski. Ambrose needs to butt out. Then there’s this article:
Kellie Leitch slams Liberals for ‘shirtless selfie delirium’
Sad that Ambrose says in one breath that it’s exciting that there are issues and that everyone has a say, then turns around and says that the party must be united, then other Conservative MPs are “sick of the subject”. Talk about disconnect with the voters – they want to be liberal thinkers then go and join the LPC! I am sick of Ambrose’s weak kneed mamby-pamby approach to Skippy as alleged Opposition leader. A 5 year-old could run circles around him if given half a chance! Gunter of the Toronto Sun is right when he said that they are unfit to govern. What a rag tag bunch of “shirtless selfie delerium” wannabes. Leitch has a pair and that speaks “leadership” whether Ambrose and Co. are too PC to openly speak out about Trudeau’s Islamization of Canada, which IS a very real concern. Ambrose and others want to distance themselves from Harper? Just because the media destroyed Harper does not mean that our values went with him so that Ambrose and Co. can scrounge some millenial votes next time around. She is mistaken like Prentice, that Tory strongholds are but a given – he crapped on and insulted a diehard Conservative province – how’d it work out for him? Liberal values have taken a toll over The West. The last thing we need is Ambrose doing the media’s pro-left anti-right job for them!

Kenney’s criticism of Kellie Leitch’s survey asking about for screening immigrants for Canadian values is veery disappointing. His lecturing Leitch, saying for example, that she doesn’t “understand the nuance around these issues” comes across as arrogant.
How about the nuance of immigrants coming into this country not to integrate but do what they can to impose their own values?

Rona Ambrose ( along with MP Michelle Rempel) has been very active in pushing the CPC to be more ‘progressive’, particularly prior to the recent CPC National Convention held in Vancouver.

Rona accepted that she had no right to run for the leadership when she accepted the position of interim leader. You cannot have it both ways Rona. If you want it both ways you had better join the Liberals where your word is expected to mean nothing. While you continue to remain the interim leader keep your unwanted and unneeded critiques of the ‘legitimate’ leadership candidates who have already demonstrated that they have the courage of their convictions. Unlike you.

Kenny, Rona can stepdown. They said their piece and have shown their true colors. Rona multiple times in the press has sounded more Left then Trudeau. Leitch has at least shown she cares what the people think and want.
