Based Judge tells convicted home invader: If you broke into my home, I would have shot you dead

Idaho Fifth District Judge Randy Stoker had some incredible choice of words during the sentencing of a convicted home invader.

“I’ll say this as a judge. If you would have broken into my home in the middle of the night, you’d be dead. I would have shot you,” Stoker said while sentencing 23-year-old John Urrizaga to a 15 year suspended prison sentence.

According to Magic Valley, Stoker handed down the maximum sentence of 15 years in prison for Logan John Urrizaga, 23, but suspended that sentence and placed Urizzaga in the state’s retained jurisdiction program aimed at rehabilitating offenders.

He was charged in September after he beat a victim with a bat in the forehead and legs.

Urrizaga tried to convince Stoker to let him wait until Monday to turn himself in so he could say goodbye to his fiance and daughter, but his request was denied.

“I understand that you have some stability in the community, but I’m taking you out of the community. You are going into the rider program because you need to understand the inner workings of the Idaho State Penitentiary,” Stoker said.

The judge also warned Urrizaga that if he continues with the confrontational behavior during the retained jurisdiction program, he will be sent back and will serve his full sentence.

“You have 15 years hanging over your head,” he said. “That’s your choice.”

Lefty’s would be frothing at the mouth over this because they suffer from backwards-brain. In other words, they think the victims are the criminals and the criminals are the victims!

Can we in Canada here mail order judges like this? It is refreshing to hear a judge with common sense. We don’t have many here in Canada.

When I read the headline I knew this was not one of Canada’s PET judges.

There you have it Idaho, a judge has gone on record of what he would do…. so, makes sense for the citizens to do the same!

Castle law
If it’s not legal to defend yourself then the government needs to be held criminally responsible if you get hurt or killed by a criminal element.!!
If the police cannot protect the citizen at this stage of our social development, and if they are not legally liable to do so –  Then It is up to the private citizen to protect himself and his family and his fellow citizens from criminal attack in the immediate absence of police intervention, this is not only constitutionally acceptable, but morally mandatory.
When seconds count the police are only minutes away. If we can save just ONE life in our effort it has been worthwhile as self defense is not a crime.
Please support castle law and open carry  for responsible citizenship and a safer community.
