When Naomi Klein and Avi Lewis first put out the Leap Manifesto, I laughed, figuring it was some sick joke from far left climate alarmists. But the more mainstream NDP’ers came out to endorse the anti-human manifesto, I realized this was no laughing matter.
So it was with a keen eye I monitored the current slate of BC NDP candidates to see where they stand on this highly controversial and divisive far left movement.
BC NDP leader John Horgan has stated repeatedly that he doesn't think it makes sense for British Columbia. But can we really trust the man affectionately named “Say Anything John” for his propensity to try being everything to everybody in every corner of the province?
And what of his field of candidates? How many of them are signatories to this anti-human document?
Watch as I show you which candidates have signed the document and which have supported it openly on social media.
I’m not being deliberately hyperbolic when I refer to the manifesto and those who sign it as being anti-human.
I’ve long subscribed to the thesis of Alex Epstein, who says fossil fuel use is a moral imperative for humans to flourish.
Leapers want us to deliberately put people into energy poverty, and remove the largest sources of GDP growth from Western Canada.
These people are truly anti-human and no amount of climate alarmism will ever change that.
