Best campaign ad ever? Marine Le Pen's powerful new ad “In The Name Of The People” will blow you away

StaffRebel Columnist

Marine Le Pen's newest ad may as well be a movie trailer. It's that impressive.

It begins with the National Front Leader introducing herself and the passion she has for France. She goes on to say the country has lost its way with Islamic fundamentalism, victims not getting justice, and politicians betraying the people.

Essentially, she promises to make France Great Again and restore the country to its once united, proud and prosperous state.

The ad has spawned the hashtag #AuNomDuPeuple which translates to In The Name Of The People, which is what Le Pen says at the end of the ad.

SOUND OFF in the comments: is this the best campaign ad you've ever seen? Do you think Le Pen can win in 2017? Let us know.

I can’t say that it’s the best; after all, I’m an American. It is, however, a very moving commercial. I applaud Martine LePen!

God always mean for the people to be in power . This puts the power of government back to the people where it rightfully belongs .

They are going to do everything that they can to block LePen, but I do hope that she wins and becomes President. In Norway honest politicians say that we must limit immigration because we do not want the country to become like Sweden, with its no-go-zones. Other politicians and the media continue to discriminate in favour of immigrants and muslims. I live in Norway and the press here lies to us like it does everywhere else. The media lies to us!, and they lie to themselves too. When the truth, facts and reality do not correspond to the left’s high-minded principles they go into denial. I saw a placard at a demonstration that read, " No to Racism. No to Trump" The leftists liberals really are that simple-minded. If you object to immigrant crime, muslim violence and your taxes being used to support people that despise you; then you are not a racist, you are a normal, average person that wants to live in a civilized, peaceful and prosperous country. And you want justice and a system that is fair to you, instead of discriminating you for being normal and successful, and for prospering.

I believe the pendulum is starting to swing the other way.

Big time. And not a moment too soon. If the pendulum doesn’t swing back full tilt “right now” it’s game over.

I love Le Pen. What I meant by De Gaulle is the egotist had a typical French hatred for the anglosphere. He saw France as a third way, between the Anglos and the Soviets. So he aimed to do whatever would work against the interests of the English west. Part of that was forging strong alliances in the Arab world as a sort of block of interests vs the United States. Part of the deal of working closer and forging those alliances was he would agree to a massive influx of immigration from Muslim countries. So France is suffering directly from his policies decades ago. As opposed to Germany who is fairly new to this massive influx of immigrants.

Au Contraire Ronj Joseph!… I don’t know if your hearing aid was turned to “low” during LePen’s speech but she expressed more national pride and honest emotion than 99 per cent of Canadian Conservatives in the past two years, or those seeking leadership right now… There is a basic “fire in the belly” quality in her words that some 14 Conservative candidates have yet to voice… And the people can “sense” that to be so…

I love LePen But if you listen carefully to the words of the speech, she didn’t say much out of the ordinary. It reminded me of a Trudeau speech, looks great but he says nothing. All sizzle, no steak.

O had badly Canada needs a Marine Le Pen.

Jack Pallance: De Gaulle was a self-serving egotistical cowardly goof.
Marine Le Pen is a true and strong champion of freedom and Western values (French and otherwise).

Vive La France! Vive Marine Le Pen! She is the Oriana Fallaci of France!
If only Canada had someone like her leading the conservative ideal in Canada.

I wonder how many know this all started with De Gaulle?

Awesome! Were I a French citizen, I would be voting for her. Somehow I suspect our resident “dual citizenship” politicians would not!

The soul of France was up for grabs in the Dreyfus Affair. Thank goodness, Emile Zola & Georges Clemenceau lead the victorious side.

Today, Marine Le Pen is challenging the forces of darkness for the soul of France. I wish her every success.

Vive La France!

Could we please have Mme. Le Pen speak at the Vimy Monument in April instead of Little Justin?

Le Pen, Wilders, Salvini, Lemieux…………… names that I hope will make the world better in the next few years.

Looking forward to Le Pen winning in France, and before that, Geert Wilders winning in The Netherlands.

Best of luck Marine Le Pen, those who value freedom and sovereignty are rooting for you.

Just wanted to say that I called Hudson’s Bay today to ask them to keep selling Ivanka Trump’s designs/clothing and said that I support President Trump 100%. Thought with everyone threatening to boycott them, I’d support them as I am a frequent customer. I think it best that companies stay out of politics.

When Marine Le Pen wins the election and with the UK out, this will be the end of the EU. It will also mean that a lot of Muslims will be going home.

I see a cloud with a silver lining.

Lets hope the new Cons leader is of the same mind and releases a similar, heart-felt, and honest portrayal of Canada and promising to return the pride we once felt before the Trudeau’s and globalist politicians of all stripes rendered us eunuchs.

That was very well done. The words she speaks are very inspiring. I really liked that slogan, “In the name of the people.” I hope our election has as much to offer. She breathes new hope into their sovereignty.
