Brandon Morse: British Government sentences Alfie Evans to death

Rebel Staff

On last night's show, RedState.com writer Brandon Morse joined me to talk about the case of British toddler Alfie Evans and the dangers of state-run healthcare.

The British government has backed-up the decision of the National Health Service (NHS) to take away Alfie's life support, against the wishes of his parents.

The decision has sparked international outrage and speaks to the danger of taking healthcare decisions away from parents and patients and granting them to the whims of government bureaucrats.

I am sorry to hear that happened but it was inevitable when so many healthy powerful people were against his survival in the first place it was bound to end this way.. damn them all to the judgement seat.!!!

Alfie has succumbed to his mistreatment in hospital. This family has my deepest condolences, my heart breaks for them.

I gave the way to stop it, Liza. Strength in numbers and flash mob the place. There are more of us than them.

It must be excruciating for the parents of this baby. Incomprehendible.

Its hard to even comment on this. It is criminal and horrifying that a government could decide life and death for its citizens. There must be a way to stop it.

The parents need a flash mob of football hooligans to run offence for the rescue.

Brits ( and the rest of us need to read again The Gulag Archipelago:

The kind of night arrest described is, in fact, a favorite, because it has important advantages.
Everyone living in the apartment is thrown into a state of terror by the first knock at the door. The
arrested person is torn from the warmth of his bed. He is in a daze, half-asleep, helpless, and his
judgment is befogged. In a night arrest the State Security men have a superiority in numbers; there
are many of them, armed, against one person who hasn’t even finished buttoning his trousers. During
the arrest and search it is highly improbable that a crowd of potential supporters will gather at the
entrance. The unhurried, step-by-step visits, first to one apartment, then to another, tomorrow to a
third and a fourth, provide an opportunity for the Security operations personnel to be deployed with
the maximum efficiency and to imprison many more citizens of a given town than the police force
itself numbers.

In addition, there’s an advantage to night arrests in that neither the people in neighboring apartment
houses nor those on the city streets can see how many have been taken away. Arrests which frighten
the closest neighbors are no event at all to those farther away. It’s as if they had not taken place.
Along that same asphalt ribbon on which the Black Marias scurry at night, a tribe of youngsters
strides by day with banners, flowers, and gay, untroubled songs……..

….[And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every
Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he
would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for
example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there
in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the
staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs
hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?
After all, you knew ahead of time that those bluecaps were out at night for no good purpose. And
you could be sure ahead of time that you’d be cracking the skull of a cutthroat. Or what about the
Black Maria sitting out there on the street with one lonely chauffeur — what if it had been driven off
or its tires spiked? The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport
and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt!

If … if … We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more — we had no awareness of the real
situation. We spent ourselves in one unrestrained outburst in 1917, and then we hurried io submit.
We submitted with pleasure! (Arthur Ransome describes a workers’ meeting in Yaroslavl in 1921.
Delegates were sent to the workers from the Central Committee in Moscow to confer on the
substance of the argument about trade unions. The representative of the opposition, Y. Larin,
explained to the workers that their trade union must be their defense against the administration, that
they possessed rights which they had won and upon which no one else had any right to infringe. The
workers, however, were completely indifferent, simply not comprehending whom they still needed
to be defended against and why they still needed any rights. When the spokesman for the Party line

rebuked them for their laziness and for getting out of hand, and demanded sacrifices from them —
overtime work without pay, reductions in food, military discipline in the factory administration — this
aroused great elation and applause.) We purely and simply deserved everything that happened
afterward.]

There is strength in numbers.

I’m disappointed TheRebel hasn’t been more outspoken on this subject.
None of the Canadian MSM have been covering this story until today, CTV finally issued something and it was so slanted it didn’t present or represent the true story.
The Rebel could have really brought this to the attention of the public. Which should have been done.

This is what Canada is going to become.

Drew Wakariuk:
As I said in my last comment, that is what they did to Terri Schiavo.
They have already done that to Alfie because they agreed to give the child oxygen, but no water (hyrdration) or food.
That is probably why the parents have given in so the hospital will provide these life sustaining requirements……rather than the intentional starvation of Alfie, which is what the hospital was doing when Alfie continued to breathe.

This is what they do to people like Alfie and Terri….they starve them to death.
If you ever watch the movie with George Clooney about his wife who was in a boating accident, she has been removed from all life sustaining provisions and is in the process of starving to death.
Now……….isn’t that painless and humane?

What the hell will they do if he does not die? People have gotten out of wheelchairs when told they will never walk again , people have lived long past what so called experts claimed they would. If it came to a point i believe they would actually directly kill the kid to save face.

Sickening Socialist lovers of death. I hope they enjoy hell.

This would not happen to the children of the ones ordering the plug pulled.
Their children would be on life-support for as long as needed or wanted.

Brandon…that is what they did to Terri Schiavo.
They posted police at her hospital door to prevent anyone from entering who might feed her something or give her water and prevent her death.
That is why Terri’s case is the case most discussions refer back to. (Her husband gave the word to take her off life support (food and water) and allow her to starve to death. He was living with a new woman at that time. It was questionable whether he had struck Terri resulting from her head injuries.)
That’s how its done folks.

You need to hear this discussion to understand the full dynamics of what is actually happening with Alfie Evans.

Evan WORSE, is the latest occurrence. Alfie’s parents are being told to ask supporters to back off!!! Alfie is now the hostage, his parents are paying the ransom. https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/alfie-evans-parents-to-form-a-relationship-with-hospital-ask-supporters-to?utm_source=LifeSiteNews.com&utm_campaign=292e4a3d33-EMAIL_2018_02_20&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_12387f0e3e-292e4a3d33-401588565

Canada has not mentioned a word of this case on any television stations.

Space Moose can just take him out back and beat him to death with a shovel. Out of compassion for the kid and his parents of course. Call it a post-natal abortion and all will be fine.
