BREAKING: Tommy Robinson's appeal delayed AGAIN

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

Tommy Robinson just called me with unbelievable news: His appeal hearing has been delayed again.

You may remember that the judge directed the government to provide Tommy's lawyers with the particulars of why exactly he was arrested in the first place. That was supposed to happen by now, and the appeal was scheduled for September 4.

Now Tommy tells me that the government didn't hand over these particulars by the deadline, last Friday — so the appeal has been rescheduled for September 27.

They've had three months and they still need "more time"?

No, this is just a way to keep Tommy under emotional and financial duress. Do you need any more proof that he is a political prisoner?

Tommy's great legal team is ready to go whenever this appeal actually happens, but obviously, the cost just goes up with each delay.

We couldn't have won Tommy's release from prison without your help — now, once again, can I ask you to help us keep him out of prison this time? VISIT to see how you can help this brave truth-teller get justice.

Tommy, remember your strength:

“Make sure that your character is free from the love of money, being content with what you have; for He Himself has said, “I will never desert you, nor will I ever forsake you,” so that we confidently say,

“The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid.
What will man do to me?” Remember those who led you, who spoke the word of God to you; and considering the result of their conduct, imitate their faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever."

There’s truth to what Ezra says of course, but this may not be so bad. Remember, Tommy’s just getting home from vacation, he needs to meet with the lawyers and review all the material, strategize, rest up some more, eat lots etc. It’s only a 3 week delay, not 3 mos.

Lisa Rosie…Tommy should apply here is a refugee whose life is in danger…oh wait…as he opposes “Islamic Terrorism” he probably won’t be accepted by Jihadi-bin-Trudeau.

They don’t have any charge that makes any sense yet. They are still concocting one hoping they won’t look too stupid in court. Maybe they will drop the whole thing as they should do. Either way there will always be people out to get him, even kill him. He needs to leave the UK. asap.

Tommy is being held as a direct result of the Interference of the new Home Secretary, SAJID JAVID. ‘Muslim’ first class and appointed just three days before Tommy was first arrested.

They are definitely out to break him psychologically!

These delays are designed to keep Tommy off balance and anxious. He doesn’t deserve any of this.

This comes from the top, no doubt. May was the Home Secretary when TR was in prison the first time, where he was deliberately put in danger by direction from “the top”, as the warden confessed to Tommy. This harassment campaign will continue until May and her equally illiberal coterie are pushed aside, hopefully by someone with a (classical) liberal ethos, such as Boris or Rees-Mogg.
