British Columbia government used faulty SNC-Lavalin designs during 10 year land use dispute

Sheila Gunn ReidRebel Host | The Gunn Show

On the latest episode of The Gunn Show, Dayleen Van Ryswyk from British Columbia called in to discuss the 10 year history of her home province's seizure of her land.

In this clip, we talk about how Ryswyk signed a contract with B.C. to give the government temporary access to her land in relation to the building of a highway.

Thanks to a stack of documents provided by Ryswyck, we can see that the bungling wasn't limited to just the government encroaching on her land beyond the scope of the contract, but also to SNC-Lavalin who were responsible for the civil engineering drive-through designs.

She is right. Why would she resign? It’s time for all natives to integrate into the larger society. They are infinitely capable. I would like to fish and hunt and live off the land also with welfare from the people. Welfare creates dependency and lack of productivity and SELF ESTEEM. They deserve better and so do we. Two wrongs don’t make a right. They are very talented and giving people – let their talents shine. Reserves do not work for anyone – divvy them up and let’s become one.
As for the NDP – yes, they are a power hungry fiasco. We have non-farmland that cannot be broken, complete with 4 different professional agrologist government reports and recommedations, plus support of our local government, but the Land Commission says, “There is no judge in BC who can overule our decision.” and “we continue to believe this is farmland” (no explanation or investigation required). The surrounding land is class 5 with extra climatic restrictions. Anyone know if there is any protection in the Charter of Rights – as in ‘enjoyment of property rights’? Horgan and his government just ignore us completely and say, “the file is closed.” Perhaps we can join Dayleen in a class action? There are many others in BC with the same complaints – see FB group. 250-827-7777

Gee. This wouldn’t be the same Dayleen Van Ryswyk who six short years ago wanted to be an NDP MLA in the BC legislature, would it?

You know, the same NDP that sided with turdo la first to make sure that private property rights were not included in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Nawwwwwww….couldn’t be…..right?

“The B.C. election got off to an ugly start Tuesday when an NDP candidate was forced to quit over inflammatory statements…New Democratic leader Adrian Dix accepted the resignation of Kelowna-Mission candidate Dayleen Van Ryswyk, saying she made unacceptable comments in Internet postings…”

Dale Warren, excellent observation about Donald J Trump!
I have been self-employed most of my working life. As I found in real-life, people here in Canada just won’t hire a disabled person, no matter what the Government tells Society they should be doing.
IMO, Donald J Trump is setting an example to the World that “a real businessman can run the Country much better than any corrupt Politician can” & that is why most Politicians loath him! He is a threat to their chosen way of life ( get into Public Office, leave Government a Millionaire on a salary of around $175000/yr.)!!!
We here in Canada should have someone like him to “kick-ass” the Corrupted Politicians outa here!!!
To learn a lot about the “greatest man that we will know in our lifetime”, go watch this You Tube video "Donald J Trump: The long road to the White House (1980 – 2017).
Sorry, but I can’t get this tablet to copy and paste the link!

100s of Billion of private investment capital have fled Canada in the last 4 years . . . Europeans are moving money into the USA as the EU is not doing well . . . only the USA is booming today . . . run by an astute Businessman . . . Dale Warren,—- Today the NDP are destroying BC again.
Its unbelievable here under the NDP; every week you hear of a Sawmill closing that has been in business for 80 years. This is happening at a time when the US is booming and needs lumber more than ever. Analysts say the cause is phone books full of new rules.
Dale, only half the voters are stupid, the half that just graduated from schools that taught them that everything is free and only worry about climate change.

Only ones that ever topped the BC Libs was the NDP . . . 3 terms of blatant incompetence! Today the NDP are destroying BC again. In 2003 when the NDP were reduced to 2 seats BC residents were the Highest Taxed Province in Canada.
Read the NDP Constitution . . . it is right out of Karl Marx!
Political incompetence seems to be a Left Coast thing . . . has a lot to do with the low intellect citizens.
PS: Pierre Trudeau brought in all the ethnic gangs in the 70s . . .

BC Liberals, just like other liberal govt., ran the most corrupt administration in this province, more so under Gordon Campbell & Christy Clark. (not Christy Clark, along with her brother was implicated in the BC Rail scandal. The icing on the cake was liberal govt. agreement to pay 6 million of tax payers money to convicted provincial employees viz. Dave Basi, Rob Virk & Anil Basi for their lawyers fees. The 3 indo-canadian brothers who worked in the BC legislature building also had links with indo-canadian drug gangs.

Property rights in Canada are not enshrined in our constitution despite people arguing for it when Trudeau Sr and the liberals brought the constitution into being. If, for example, the gov’t wanted to ‘purchase" as piece of land for whatever, they will only offer you what they feel is “market value” and if you disagree, they will simply appropriate the land and you will have to settle for whatever they offer or get nothing at all. It’s disgusting but true.
