Calgary voters reject Nenshi's Olympic vanity project — but what does the mayor have planned next?

Sheila Gunn ReidRebel Host | The Gunn Show

On this week's episode of The Gunn Show William McBeath, from municipal accountability group, Save Calgary, joined me to discuss Calgary residents wisely voting against Mayor Naheed Nenshi's two-week legacy vanity project.

In a municipal plebiscite where over three-hundred thousand ballots were cast, over 56 per cent voted “No” to Calgary hosting the 2026 Olympic Winter Games.

WATCH my interview with William to see how this is one of the few examples of everyday taxpayers successfully halting the irresponsible plans of elites.

Edmonton has been run by too many socialist clowns for a long time now as well. Currently our above ground subway is about to hinder access to yet another hospital.

I don’t know how this guy Nenshi and his arrogance lasted this long!

Both Nenshi and that Communist mayor in Edmonton are on the take, being paid off by the green blob mafia. The UN’s agenda 21 is part of the global warming scam, and Siemens corporation is one of the shot callers for the UN’s agenda 21. Guess what Siemens makes. You guessed it, light rail transit, windmills. Guess where your carbon taxes are going that the UN has been pushing.

We can only hope that real people get elected next time in Calgary. As it is, the establishment dorks figure they are lords over serfs. Let’s hope the surf of public anger washes them down to the depths of a political Davie Jones’ locker.
