Canadian man “committed to a mental hospital for expressing anger” on Twitter

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

It sounds impossible to believe, but as I explained on my show last night, a man in Canada was involuntarily committed to a Newfoundland hospital after police confronted him over "angry" tweets:

Walter, that is disturbing. I am not surprised that the RCMP did that, but it certainly is disturbing.

With today’s video cams and cell phones with video, your neighbor would have had evidence to use to take them to court, or at least make the whole series of incidents very public.

I had a next door neighbor when i lived in a small Alberta town. Who had run-ins with the local rcmp for over a period of about a year. It was mostly just harassment like pulling him over all the time , parking in front of his house. Checking out his parked car, shining flashlights in his backyard at night, stuff like that. My neighbor just refused to back down and would confront the cops every time they bothered him. Now this was in the early 80’s, so no one really had video camera’s or smart phones back then. So my neighbor decided to give the cops some of their own medicine. He sat in a field behind one of the policeman’s house with a pair of binoculars around his neck. The cop who lived there, came over with his next door neighbor and they beat the tar out of him. Then they locked my neighbor away for a 3-4 day mental assessment in a city that over 100 miles away and made him find his own way home. I learned then, that the police have over reaching powers of influence, when they really want to push back on the public.

Peter Netterville, you’re right! Fortunately, there are citizens across the world trying to buck the crazy!

There are families who have begged for doctors to admit their mentally ill loved ones as they are a danger to themselves or others; they are told there are not enough beds to hospitalize and treat disordered patients. Seems there are beds for angry people….they want them to shut up & toe the line!
This system is crazy!

The communist thought police have started to move. Maybe Newfoundland shouldn’t automatically vote for the liberal machine next time and try voting against socialism, or marxism. No more free stuff guys, you will be controlled.

Louise your are correct. It upholds the saying,
“A government big enough to give you everything you want is a government big enough to take away everything that you have.”

Once they have taken your liberty what else do you have?

I can’t believe how pissed-off this story makes me feel – for the jack-booted thug hirelings, that is an expression of my anger over the heavy-handed overreach BS of the state and it’s evil minions.
I suggest to you fascist scum and your enforcers that if you do send the goon squad out to arrest me for expressing my anger at the state’s injustice and criminality, that that will really, really piss me off…and don’t get me started on how incredibly pissed-off I am at that globalist freak-show Justin, for destroying my country and embarrassing every Canadian with a brain still intact.

From the APA:
“Anger is an emotion characterized by antagonism toward someone or something you feel has deliberately done you wrong.
Anger can be a good thing. It can give you a way to express negative feelings, for example, or motivate you to find solutions to problems.”

Or for something really scary and anger inducing, see the APA on anger as a mental disorder:

Careful if you are angry with Turdo Nutley or Windbag they will have you sent to the funny farm.
You are all mentally ill if you disagree with the government. If we get enough signatures can we have Turdo, Nutly and Windbag committed? Oh right its catch and release for politicians. Note it is illegal to bait politicians with free tax payer money or new taxes.
