Canadian TV, teachers, trains & more

The long-promised "why is Canadian TV so horrible?" broadcast is here. PLUS:

In an award-winning tie-in, I draw a parallel between the quality of Canadian productions and the caliber of our public figures. Lurch forward, Elizabeth May!

From there, I take up my sterile instruments and dissect the policy pronouncements of Le Dauphin himself, Justin Trudeau.

Warming to my theme of lambasting the left, I tee off on teachers, Amtrak opportunists, and whoever else has the misfortune to catch my eye. No one is spared except you, gentle listener.

Theo, that wasn’t a rhetorical question. Can you comment on why your excellent article was pulled?

I have to say I am disappointed to see Theo’s column removed. It smacks of censorship, which is very sad to see on a news website that promotes itself as defender of free speech.

Agreed Terry…why they pulled the article down is beyond me. I did email this morning and asked and have not yet gotten a response.

Theo, I just noticed that your very funny, honest and insightful essay on PKP and the collapse of Sun Media News suddenly disappeared from this site. Surely “the Rebel”, that bastion of free speech and heroic dissent, taken to censoring people who make unflattering comments about Mr. Levant’s former employer?

Accurate connection Theo – linking the preachy, moralizing of plagiaristic Can-Con entertainment to the pathetic droll moralizing of our polis. They really are as far from a statesman as a mime is from an orator.

Ya ya Peter , I know , cogent rapid fire thinking is “bla bla bla” – if you have an attention span like an ant.

This is Wonderland was a good show but it mocked feminists …so of course it was cancelled.
