"383 piggies at the trough": Meet the Canadians at the Paris Climate Conference (on your dime)

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

There are 383 Canadian delegates at the Paris Climate Conference (COP21). That’s more than Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Combined.

Who are these 383 people?

Let’s start with the most important people on the trip:

The official photographers, of course.

And the "communications directors" and "communications counsellors" -- for the Liberals and the opposition, too.

It's weird enough that Alberta's Rachel Notley's there; after all, provincial premiers can't sign international treaties.

But what about the mayors of Montreal, Vancouver, Toronto -- and Huron-Kinloss, population 7,000?

I run the numbers to try to get an idea how much money all this is costing you and me.

Business class tickets start at $9000 each. The Nunavut delegation is probably spending close to a hundred grand in airfare alone.

Then there are the hotels, food, limos...

But is there something worse than politicians burning up your money to go to Paris? Maybe.

Gregor Robertson, the mayor of Vancouver is going. But he says don’t worry, taxpayers aren’t paying the bill. The C40 Climate Leadership Group is.

Who? Wait until you find out...

Rachel Notley's Alberta NDP just announced a $3 billion a year carbon tax.

Liberals are by divine right the Natural Governing Party, and no piece of shit from the opposition can top us! Fuck you all, shut up, pay your taxes and work!

Conservatives to be shut out FOREVER with the new voting system, as of 2019! Hehehehe! Canada voted for change l, and is certainly going to get it!!!! HAHaHa!

I say post a list with all the names on it.

We can bitch and complain all we want but other than Rebel readers most Canadians won’t even know about this extravagance. The main stream media won’t report on it and it seems like our Conservative opposition are no where to be found as I haven’t heard anything from them about this wasteful spending. They should also be calling out these hypocrites about the carbon foot print all these climate change alarmists are leaving but again I hear nothing from them. I guess it is up to us to spread the word. I am going to forward this video to as many people I know and I challenge other Rebels to do the same.

Basically the election was won for libs because of media bias and third party spending by unions and leftist organizations. The CBC in particular has bashed Harper for 10 years with unsubstantiated comments and omitting any criticism of the left. Time to get rid of the CBC.

Shameless gluttons, the whole bunch of them. With Trudeau promising “transparency” you should have no problem Ezra finding out what this little junket cost the taxpayers. The stupid & clueless voted for these imbeciles & I’m sure they can hardly wait for Monday to come so they can go & work another 40 hr week to give more of their salary away so these oink oink politicians can just waste it away on themselves.

Ezra, a lawyer has to be consulted or the police about what the Liberals are trying to do concerning rigging the elections with their preferred ballot system so the conservstive never see election again! That could be what happened in the Oct. 19 election. RIGGING of the election. Sounds like Elections Canada helped to get their rigging down. Why would Canadians vote such an empty head in power? Sounds like something was done illegal! This is so evil!
commented 2015-12-05 21:55:35 -0500
I’m guessing this little jolly cost taxpayers $10-Million!
commented 2015-12-05 21:47:14 -0500
If the voting is skewed to a preferential system the west will have no option but separation.

Of course, ‘CO@’ should have read "CO2’ in my last comment below. Gotta get back to pre-print editing…

But Ezra, thanks for being on top of the utterly insane new regime that we are now stuck with probably forever, unless we can fight the Liberals all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada and prevail in stopping the Liberals from rigging all future elections with the preferential ballot system that they intend to use to shut our the Conservative Party of Canada forever from ever holding power in Ottawa again. And that would be a shame, since this Liberal government already has no legitimacy, inasmuch as it has already lied to us on CO@ taxation (falsely calling it ‘carbon pricing’ to hoodwink the masses) and is already spending our money like a battleship full of drunken sailors on leave in Paris.

I guess I should explain my last comment re: Harper. He ran a fiscally responsibly government, but he went too far when he moved OAS to age 67, eliminated more home mail delivery, and generally started governing Canada like it was a Third World poverty-stricken country that couldn’t afford to get its laundry done. Big mistake and it cost us the election. I wrote letter after letter telling the PM to stop screwing us over to save us, or we would have JT as our next PM, but I guess those letters never got past the geniuses in the PMO who knew better than us little people.

So now we have a government that will reverse all those miserly policies anyway. I told them that would happen, too, so there was no point enacting them, and that they would just lose us the election, but they didn’t listen.

The worst thing of course, is that the Liberals will try to foist the so-called ‘preferential ballot’ system on Canada to rig all future elections so that the Conservative Party will never hold office again. Thanks, former PMO.

Well, we conservatives knew the kind of taxpayer-crushing, pigs-at-the-trough government we were going to get with Justin the dictatorship lover, but we couldn’t convince Harper to stop screwing us over either, so there you go.

There are more Scientists in the world, alive, right now, than there where Scientist since Science began. The majority of them believe that there is no link between Global Warming and Man made CO2. Even Scientists from NASA are speaking out against this theory. They state that the figures are wrong or have been altered. It is a known fact that the UN paid their tame Scientists to change the Graphs. By manipulating decimal points they caused the graph lines to curve upward. If you doubt this, go on line, check it out. Youtube has hundreds of video’s that show this deception.

Let our money gouging Politicians prove, beyond doubt, that they are right. Let them prove that they are not idiots, let them prove that they are honest. (an impossibility)

Alas, our new Emperor Justin Nero will FIDDLE, while Canadistan burns, ignited by the friction of money, fast removed from our wallets. Liberalism at it’s best.
commented 2015-12-05 19:00:42 -0500
Will they ever get it? Will they ever see themselves through our eyes? So sick of government pigs. Why do they run? It’s just about the money…………..the lifetime pension of course.
commented 2015-12-05 18:21:22 -0500
“383 piggies at the trough”! Ah, makes Canada proud that we are so committed to fight the man-made global warming hoax. While sipping on wine and champagne and gorging on caviar they have a message for the great unwashed masses at home: Let them eat cake!
commented 2015-12-05 17:28:28 -0500
Global warming is a great scamy cash cow, ain’t it.

Don Cloud notice they are all ugly selfish people as well, inside and out. Clark is the only one easy on the eyes, but she has a nice rack.
commented 2015-12-05 16:45:34 -0500
Don Cloud conservatives do not go to phony conferences we deal in the real world.
I wonder which country created the most carbon coming to this conference? with all our leeches it was probably Canada. I wonder if they would understand the irony of that?
commented 2015-12-05 16:44:16 -0500
Don Cloud like LIBS said who will you blame now? And these clowns are not doing a good job. Of course you miss that part , and they will all be begging form the conservative Wall for money of course LMAO.

We can call it “The Swine Flew to Paris”.
Or, “When pigs fly”.
Or for some, “oui oui oui all the way to carbon tax”.
commented 2015-12-05 14:06:23 -0500
Hey Don “clueless” Cloud, I guess there will be no big bad CONS to blame now. Emissions should shrink, jobs grow, crime decrease, taxes decrease…..can’t wait to live in this socialist utopia. Sadly the best thing that could have happened in Paris was the attack should have happened during this elitist cocktail party. What a bunch of hypocritical thieves.
