Chrystia Freeland risks plunging Canada into a depression

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

On last night's show, I explained how Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland and Justin Trudeau's reckless anti-Trump rhetoric risks plunging Canada into another great depression.

Canada's GDP is too small to withstand a trade war with the United States, yet our Liberal leaders continue to provoke the President with their insulting statements to the media.

WATCH my video to see what Freeland had to say about Trump's tariffs in her acceptance speech for the diplomat of the year she did not deserve.

Yep…Liza Rosie…that is the liberalist globalist plan…the liberalist globalist starts the fire…then blames someone else… ..there is already a medical term for this behavior..I’ll look it up later..

In a nut shell…the individual/individuals commits the crime..then turns around and goes back to the scene of the crime and pretends to help out the victims of the crime that the individual/’s committed..

Sound familiar?..

I heard a radio announcer read a report which said that if the U.S. continue with their ‘protectionist’ measures, it will send Canada into a recession.

How is the U.S. the ‘protectionist’, when its Canada who won’t agree to cutting tariffs? Trump said none or balanced. Justin said he liked it skewed in Canada’s favour and would fight to keep it that way, but Trump is the bad guy?

Justin would watch the entire country go into a tail spin to save 13,000 dairy quotas? Justin is screwing Canadians and in addition to his inflexibility with the dairy tariff, he now has provoked Trump to demand equality on aluminum and steel.
Justin has only himself to blame, and Canada needs to see just who screwed up here. It wasn’t Trump. The official narrative spewed out by our msm is as usual a lie.
Yet again, Justin makes us the loser.

Canada’s Foreign Minister Christina Freeland frames the trade dispute in terms of an existential struggle between the forces of good vs. evil. In an interview with NY Times (published June 9), she compares Trump to Hitler and the populist voters to ignoramuses who supported Hitler. Then on June 13, just days after the NY Times interview is published, Freeland is awarded the Diplomat of the year Award. She gives another speech at the award ceremony inferring that Trump is a totalitarian who must be stood up to. Her most revealing comment is: “And within the club of wealthy Western democracies, we’re seeing homegrown anti-democratic movements on the rise … neo-Nazis, white supremacists, “incels,” nativists or radical anti-globalists… such movements seek to undermine democracy from within.”

Freeland makes no mention of the alt-left SJWs and the Antifa forces. Why? Why does she not call them out? Because she thinks these forces are democratic on the side of the forces for good? It’s more like Freeland is a globalist of the Soros ilk, determined to take Trump down. And so she gets the Diplomat of the Year award as Canada’s Foreign Minister who is dragging Canadians into a trade war for her ideological beliefs.

Yes Warren Zoell, but reality does not prevail in Eastern Canada or more specifically in Ottawa or the Laurentians… You might think that deliberately provoking the largest economy in the world – mostly just 90 miles south for the majority of Canadians – would be a bucket of cold water reality in the face – but not for the “high school debating team” that is currently in charge of the second largest land mass on earth…

You don’t fight with your number one trading partner who also happens to have an economy that’s 10 times larger than yours you morons. What the hell are they doing? You negotiate not fight you idiots!

Quite frankly I believe it is the goal of the liberals to destroy Canada.

True, BZ. But the weird thing is that they also make remarks to the contrary. It seems that the doctrinaire marxists among them do want to destroy the Canada we loved. Others speak with forked tongues. They seem to be like most millennials today- they hold completely contradictory views on things vehemently and don’t see the contradictions.

The law of non-contradiction is lost on them (something cannot both be and not be at the same time , in the same sense and in the same place). The education system can hold its head up high and declare: “Look upon my works ye mighty and despair”.

Doug Laird …..The story is that before Trump took off, he offered Trudeau a major concession, " no 5 year Sunshine Clause", which has always bothered Canada.
Trudeau ignored this major fact and said Canada will not be pushed around.

I’m like other people here, even if I lose half of my CPP ; It will be worth it to see Canada, (Trudeau) get stepped on until he resigns.

At this point i hope Canada suffers.

Yes Drew W. it’s been written in the history books…history has it’s way of repeating itself…doesn’t it…

It’s sad that innocent people will suffer large because of the individuals that are not paying attention to current events around the world and outside of their own neighborhood block…

Doug Laird Canada had Tariffs first, Trumps were in response to them. At the recent G7 Trump said he would withdraw his if Justin pulled the Canadian ones. Trump was being reasonable, Justin was being a slave to the Quebec milk Cabal.

Let me start by saying that I am one of those who, even though I have held a high regard for many of his policies, still don’t like the man, or some of his Twitter rants, or his public bloviations. I fall amongst those who were dismayed (to say the least) over this latest round of tariffs he imposed, and don’t object at all to the tit-for-tat tariffs being imposed on the USA. Trump is in the middle of not only NAFTA negotiations, but negotiating other trade agreements as well. I actually expected this scenario to unfold as it has. Heck, there is an entire section in “The Art of the Deal” that references tactics like these, so I expected him to try applying them on an international scale. Anyone who has been paying attention to Trump and his antics for the last year and a half, and who still has two neurons available to rub together for critical thinking, should have expected it as well. Negotiation leverage tactics are something to be expected from him, when he is trying to get the best deals possible for the USA. He even told us so ahead of time.

But to “just keep poking,” as Levant so aptly puts it, is Just. So. Stupid. The comments made by Canadian “leaders” in their press conferences and MSM interviews are not helpful. Canadian Prime Minister Soxenherr claimed to not want to engage him over any of the comments Trump made from his plane or after he returned from Singapore (even though JustTin TrueD’Oh! himself started it with that press conference after Trump left.) Yet here we have Freeland not just continuing to poke, but sharpening the stick.

We all know Trump likes to act like an angry bear. And we also know what happens when you poke the angry bear. This may not end well for Canada.

Jihadi Justin and the Lieberals don’t care about subjecting Canadians to a depression. They’re well insulated with tax dollars after all. Trudumb will use this as an election ploy……Trump VS Trudeau as it were……………………

Unfortunately for us, Freeland’s body language and delivery seems to indicate she really believes this crap…
