Civics for sore losers: The midterm “popular vote” doesn't exist

Kurt SchlichterHost of Take That

There's this thing called "civics," and it's awesome. Except the geniuses in our liberal media seem unfamiliar with the concept.

Give me a few minutes to educate the ignorant about why the House and Senate are different — and why there's no way the liberals can change the system to give themselves complete control of our country!

two many elections in the usa, but having an effective senate would go along way in canada for true democracy in all of canada. now the house[ont. and que. control the country, and with a useless pathetic senate we are a disaster with no freedom of expression or choice]. someday i hope we have two equal houses in parliament, elections every 4 years. the usa had the houses right, but all including the presidential elections should be run every four years as well. equal representation in canada one day would be a wonderful thing. too bad the nightmare continues.
