Congratulations, America! You won your second War of Independence without firing a shot

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

As Donald Trump said it would be, it’s America’s Brexit — breaking free, against all the sneering establishments who said you’d never do it.

America just broke off with a part of itself:

The elite headquartered in Washington DC and New York and Hollywood and San Francisco Bay — official America, fancy America, powerful America, cool America, rich America, hip America.

It’s not just you who need to adjust. So does the rest of the world.

The Saudis and Qataris and Moroccans and Emiratis who have been paying millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation to buy influence — they face a less purchasable president.

The open borders crowd — in Mexico or Germany — have a new sheriff in town.

UN globalists, from the global warming crowd to trade deals that always seem to give China a pass — that’s going to change.

And if I were an Iranian ayatollah, I’d be using some of that Obama ransom money to buy a plane ticket out of dodge.

Congratulations America. And good luck!

@jimmy Reece…Hillary Clinton did not win the popular vote I went county by county on the election map and Trump kicked her ass soundly.

I think it is a good thing that the left should do the purge…that way it will not be seen as revenge on the part of the alt right.

The first bunch that Trump is going to fire is the White House Press Corps…and nobody who matters will hold that against him……here is Milo at Breitbart eating their lunch like the US 101st Airborne walking into Bundesgarten unopposed and drinking Hermann Goering’s liquor.

Morning After To-Do List:

1. Take over the Democratic Party and return it to the people. They have failed us miserably.

2. Fire all pundits, predictors, pollsters and anyone else in the media who had a narrative they wouldn’t let go of and refused to listen to or acknowledge what was really going on. Those same bloviators will now tell us we must “heal the divide” and “come together.” They will pull more hooey like that out of their ass in the days to come. Turn them off.

3. Any Democratic member of Congress who didn’t wake up this morning ready to fight, resist and obstruct in the way Republicans did against President Obama every day for eight full years must step out of the way and let those of us who know the score lead the way in stopping the meanness and the madness that’s about to begin.

4. Everyone must stop saying they are “stunned” and “shocked”. What you mean to say is that you were in a bubble and weren’t paying attention to your fellow Americans and their despair. YEARS of being neglected by both parties, the anger and the need for revenge against the system only grew. Along came a TV star they liked whose plan was to destroy both parties and tell them all “You’re fired!” Trump’s victory is no surprise. He was never a joke. Treating him as one only strengthened him. He is both a creature and a creation of the media and the media will never own that.

5. You must say this sentence to everyone you meet today: “HILLARY CLINTON WON THE POPULAR VOTE!” The MAJORITY of our fellow Americans preferred Hillary Clinton over Donald Trump. Period. Fact. If you woke up this morning thinking you live in an effed-up country, you don’t. The majority of your fellow Americans wanted Hillary, not Trump.

The only reason he’s president is because of an arcane, insane 18th-century idea called the Electoral College. Until we change that, we’ll continue to have presidents we didn’t elect and didn’t want. You live in a country where a majority of its citizens have said they believe there’s climate change, they believe women should be paid the same as men, they want a debt-free college education, they don’t want us invading countries, they want a raise in the minimum wage and they want a single-payer true universal health care system. None of that has changed. We live in a country where the majority agree with the “liberal” position. We just lack the liberal leadership to make that happen (see: #1 above).

Let’s try to get this all done by noon today.

“Kinda funny that Trump has to go live in an old 3 storey house built by slaves.”

Actually the slaves only did the pick and shovel work digging the hole for the foundation. The president who commissioned it and selected it’s site, the architect, and the indentured Scottish stone…oh what’s the word for that building craft…I’m getting forgetfull….who happened to be doing the work for room board and a stipend hoping for brownie points to obtain citizenship…were all “son’s of the widow”…….;-)

Abolition of slavery was a clandestine project.

The very androgenous Statue of Liberty was the project of Gustave Eiffel (of Eiffel Tower fame) , cradled in her left arm is a keystone for an arch.

A brown man….can’t really say he is all that black seeing as his mother was white and he grew up in the poor black ghetto in Honolulu…has been living there for eight years….shame on him for not tearing it down because of it’s slave tainted past.

A white woman who treats her black stepson very badly almost moved in behind him.

Mulroney endorsed Harper after the 2004 merger so even your history is a little rusty as I remember it vividly back then. The fact is DH many on here are only viewers of talk radio and will never be open-minded and will only embrace something after their designated parties are for it. That is evident and why many on here have suddenly switched to being anti-free trade while opposing Notley’s slight protectionism. They lack consistency and are like chameleons and that is a tenet of only supporting every type of conservatism on being in a team-based reality rather than what type of right wing policies they agree with. You cannot be anti-free trade and free trade at the same time unless you are for a rewriting of free trade and then keeping free trade. The fact is if Trump fails on rewriting he will just be another Republican and for removing regulations, but this stems the divide even more than simply cutting taxes and removing regulations. The US is in deep trouble because after 40 years nearly of removing and outsourcing manufacturing the US has reached this junction point thanks to Reagan, Carter, Clinton, Bush Sr., Bush Jr., Clinton, and Obama.

And if any of you young-uns remember Mulroney was a Lieberal floor crosser!!! …but that was probably a century before your time – and seeing how the Bolshiveks educated you – you would never be privy to the truth about our history – never mind the Americans or the world.

I see your point, John. I wonder why Canadian Conservatives still tout for corporate taxbreaks when they have *never proven to create more jobs. CEOs simply place extra savings into hedge funds, removing that money from the economy. Even trump said that he would impose a one-time 14.25% net worth tax on individuals and trusts with a net worth of over $10 million. Cute how Cons here (Ezra Levant included) suppot a man they don’t know alot about.

Let us not forget DH that Mulroney a Conservative party supporter hailed NAFTA and FTA as gold standards and Liberals passed it.

So my fault is with the mainstream and I feel that if Conservatives truly want protectionism and have now become anti-free trade they should go to the true anti-free trade and fair trade party called the Canadian Action party at

Actually DH the Conservatives are still unified in Canada on having more free trade, TPP, C-51, police state measures, more wars and that is different from Trump that sort of wants the US to get away from spying, more wars, free trade and have a more balanced economy, but I do question his corporate taxes because Harper tried that and it didn’t work. It is just a mission of futility from the get-go, and Trump seems better than Hillary because she supported the wars, but Trump is part of a party that also regularly wants more wars and even wars against North Korea and Iran, wars they can hardly afford ever. The US is on track for a new war every one year to every two years.

Many on the right will also have a difficult time supporting Trump’s wall and his no war message.

Even his approach on getting along with other nations probably including North Korea, China and Iran is a different approach and as time goes along it could divide the party between the hawks and the isolationists.
commented 2016-11-09 14:12:23 -0500
If many on here are interested in actual protectionism perhaps they should check out the Canadian Action party, a party for true nationalism and a party for reasonable immigration without the Trump flavour.

The link for that site is:

So this means that Rebel has jumped on the anti-free trade bandwagon when in fact they have been for free trade since the Reagan years.

They sure are strange bed fellows with a man that support Keynesianism under Trump and his 1 trillion dollars on infrastructure. It is bad with Trudeau for them in Canada but good in the United States.

It shows how biased and one-sided the supporters and Rebel truly are on liberalism versus Trump’s conservatism or whatever he supports.

The fact is Canada has never been truly socialist ever. Canada has always been capitalist because we have always supported the profit motive, markets, and the law of value. Many on here are oblivious as to what capitalism is and that many systems fall under it more than anything else.

Trump will most likely not get his policies through because many on the Republican side are free traders and against Trump’s renegotiation of NAFTA and other agreements. We shall see how he does but Trump is pretty much all over the place on many issues.

So here’s whats gonna happen to selfie boy and his socialist country. Trump WILL entice a lot of businesses to leave to Canada with his lower tax regime and more business friendly attitude. Ontario will hurt from this and in my opinion Trudeau the fruit, Wynne the dyke, and others like Nothead will plummet even further in the polls. This is the beginning of end of socialism in Canada. Book it. We’ll need a business minded leader to compete or Canada will be a wasteland, and O’leary is the man for the job.
