As many as four Tory MPs, including a MINISTER, could join ex-Labour MPs in their new parliamentary grouping, the Independent Group. Amazingly, the minister is said to be considering jumping ship if the Tory government pursues a No Deal Brexit.
All this tells me is that there was no difference between the Labour Party and the Tory Party all along.
Or, at least, there was no meaningful difference between the views of most MPs in these two parties. The fact that Anna Soubry could soon be working with Chuka Umunna should show just what a terrible state British politics are in.
