“Banana republic”: Trump must fire Sessions, shut down Mueller investigation

John CardilloRebel Host | Off The Cuff

There are major problems with the behavior of Special Counsel Robert Mueller which include him going far beyond his intended scope, operating without oversight or supervision, and now investigating his own bosses.

President Trump must fire Jeff Sessions, appoint a wartime Attorney General, and immediately shut down Mueller’s investigation, or I feel we will wind up in a constitutional crisis.

I have been saying that for awhile. The only thing Mr Trump has going is that witness that was involved in the Uranium one with his thousands of documents and videos and recording. God Bless Mr. Trump

Well apparently it does happen in the US and Canada. Especially when the Marxist liberals cry foul

Give it some more time, the more they grasp at straws , the more they uncover crap from the dems.

What is happening with Mueller was detailed by Justice Antonin Scalia when he wrote the lone dissent in the 1988 case of Morrison vs Olson which came before the Supreme Court. As usual, Scalia was correct and prescient in his fears and accessment of the dangerous reqiuisite powers afforded to the Special Counsel in the Ethics in Govewrnment Act 1978.
Broad powers (kingly) once installed upon an individual are the definition for abuse as we are seeing with Mueller.
The Special Counsel must be removed and the provisions as set out in the 1978 law declared unconstitutional.
One could argue as to the very purpose of the Declaration of Independence but for to remove the absolute power of the King and in this case the so called Special Counsel. The Ethics Act is absolutely antithetical to this purpose.

- So why is Trump letting this go on? Doesn’t he want to drain the swamp? Well, here’s the swamp right here.

This is all about the Dems trying to sideline the Uranium One illegal activities. With some Trump bashing implied as well. Trump needs to appoint another investigator to investigate the investigators to avoid a crisis if I understand U.S. law correctly. It is truly a witch hunt going on in the U.S.!

Mueller is implicated in the Uranium one scandal – the DoJ issued 1800 sealed indictments this week, The Podestas are allegedly in custody and the word is they are cutting a deal to testify against the Clintons.

John, I have been a Rebel subscriber since day one, and I am really enjoying your content. We Canadians are interested, but impotent observers of the goings on beneath the 49th parallel. Unfortunately most of us depend on the Mainstream media for information. It’s fun to sit at the BS table at the Legion (ie regular reprobates) and throw a few truth bombs into the conversation. Thanks for providing those.

Good analysis John. This has turned into a colossal mess!
