Randy Williamson, I’m also wondering what’s going on. There is so much secrecy surrounding the Khadr case. I have repeatedly wondered why the Khadr family have not been charged with treason?

Liza Rosie, you’re welcome. I finished e-mailing Conservative MP’s yesterday evening. (FYI of my campaign, and attached the letter I sent Liberal MP’s).
Originally, I planned to also send this out to NDP, Bloc & Independent MP’s. Not sure if this is the route I should take. I will think it over and decide at a later date.

Thanks for your efforts Tammie.

Randy Williamson, so I wonder what gives? If the information you have provided is correct what is going on?

In the 1990 Supreme Court of Canada case of “Morguard Investments Ltd. v. De Savoye”, they ruled that;

A foreign judgment is prima facie enforceable in Canada if it meets the following
three criteria:
A) the judgment originated from a court that had jurisdiction under the principles of
private international law as applied by Canadian courts;
B) the judgment is final and conclusive in the original jurisdiction; and
C) the judgment is for a definite and ascertainable sum of money, or if not a money
judgment, its terms are sufficiently clear, limited in scope and the principles of
comity require the domestic court to enforce it.

Part A – fulfilled
Part B – fulfilled
Part C – fulfilled

There is NO way, in the time allowed, that a substantive case against this was made before the Ontario judge that dismissed the request to freeze Khadr’s assets. All his assets should be frozen until it is proven that the settlement against him is not valid. AND … that should take a judgement by the Supreme Court of Canada, not one magistrate in Ontario.

Here is the sight where Justin is scheduled to meet governors who support his blood money payment to murderers of US soldiers.
Maybe Trudeau is right to pay off Khadr. If US governors are fine with the killers of American soldiers being awarded handsomely for their deeds, then who’s to argue with that?
US Governor’s are “honouring” Trudeau at this event and he’s giving the keynote speech. So are they therefore supporting the cash-for-killing of US soldiers.

Good to hear somebody from the rebel make reference to Andrew Lawton. I really wish that the rebel would release a statement to say that the two parties have parted ways.

Why is it when Brian does interviews, he does not bring up the rebel?

Well on the bright side ,this money may be used to rid us of Justin or this ignorant judge.

Gotta ask: Why are governors in the US not working to cancel the Trudeau keynote speech at their summer meeting in Rhode Island? Do they support blood money going to those that kill their own American soldiers?
Why are they having cozy meetings with a guy who gives apologies to those who murder US army medics because the poor killer was sleep deprived in jail?

Dirk Kanis, yes I thought there would be more signatures. I wonder how many people didn’t have any idea this petition was on-line.

That Ontario Judge – a Liberal no doubt- should be taken out and whipped. He just did a huge disservice to Kids who lost their Father to a dirty terrorist that has become rich at the expense of his victims and the Canadian people.

Justin bin Trudeau should be hung by his feet from the highest bridge or building we can find and left to rot. Even this would be too good for the traitor.

Stephen Harper calling Laine Morris and Tabitha Speer is good to hear.

There was a brief report on CTV Ottawa – over 133 000 people signed a petition re: no money for Khadr, this was organized by the Canadian Tax Federation. I signed it last week. Boxes with the signatures were delivered this afternoon.

Stephen Harper has class and he knows the liberals are betraying Canadians at every opportunity. God bless Stephen Harper because he knows the truth, and he knows right from wrong, which is more than I can say for that traitor sitting in our parliament. He speaks for me and the majority of Canadians with respect to that terrorist Omar Khadr. Trudeau is a traitor to Canada and Canadians!

So two-thirds of the morons who voted for turdo la doo now say his cuddlin’ to muzzie-wugs is all wrong. Tell me, did you really before the election it wouldn’t be so?

I am relieved to hear that MR.Harper is apologizing to the Speer family. Not as reported by the CBC that Mr. Harper would be apologizing to that terrorist Khadr. Turdo may you and your jihadist buddy khadr be running mates in the next election you POS.

Rebels, I e-mailed Liberal MP’s across Canada (minus the MP’s I listed yesterday). I finished today around noon, I have had some replies and the Libs are sticking to the script Ralph Goodale foisted on us last week. I replied with additional comments and told them Canadians know when they have been betrayed, and blaming Stephen Harper is disingenuous & completely out of touch. I reminded them Jean Chretien, Paul Martin and Stephen Harper recognized Khadr as a terrorist and would never have agreed to a settlement, it would have been rigorously disputed in court.

I sent Andrew Scheer an e-mail to explain my e-mail campaign and attached the letter I sent to Liberal MP’s. I asked Mr. Scheer to share this with all Conservative MP’s. I haven’t received a response yet, and, I will give it a day or two before I start e-mailing them individually.

I will later e-mail NDP, Bloc and Independent MP’s with a FYI message and attach the letter .
