If the Conservative Party of Canada wants to see what happens when a political party abandons their principles, they need only look at the political party situation in Alberta.
Recent polls show a deep frustration and disappointment with politicians and political parties to the point that the majority aren’t sure who they’d vote for.
The NDP haven’t brought in one policy that was good for Alberta and clearly, conservative politicians toeing the media party line by denouncing chants of “lock her up” at a rally, hasn’t really worked out for them.
The Wildrose Party and the PCs are on the right track with unifying and they do a good job of holding the government to account in the legislature but stats suggest Albertans are tired of the same old political pandering from the same old professional politicians.
Why would the CPC think that this type of behaviour is going to get them votes?
