The Peel District School Board is reversing its controversial decision that forced Muslim students to use a limited number of pre-approved sermons for their Friday prayers. [...] Some school boards in the Greater Toronto Area, for example, have allowed students to be exempted based on religious beliefs from classes, including music and art, but only as a last resort and after failing to reach a compromise with parents. [...]
The article does not explain why caution was required over the content of the sermons in the first place, although even a cursory reading of a Koran will suggest the likely reasons why, on nearly every page.
It also does not explain why there are Islamic services on public schools when every other form of religious practice is non-existent in public schools and was in fact banned at one point. Here is a worthy article from Ontario's Freedom Party on this issue.
The Trudeaus had been guests of the Aga Khan, spiritual leader of the Ismailis, on his lavish private island, Bells Cay.
The PMO initially refused to confirm this to my colleague David Akin, but eventually came clean. “As you are aware, his Highness and the prime minister have been close family friends for many years,” Kate Purchase wrote in a statement Friday. “As is the usual course, the prime minister will be reimbursing the costs of his (and his family’s) flights to and from Nassau.” [...]
Since 2004, as Akin reported, federal taxpayers have handed the Aga Khan Foundation $310 million in foreign aid, including the current government’s recent commitment of $55 million over five years for aid work in Afghanistan.
Hamza bin Laden, a son of Osama bin Laden, has been officially designated a global terrorist by the United States.
Hamza, who is now in his late 20s, was named an official member of al-Qaeda in 2015 and is seen as a possible successor to his father.
Since then, he has called for attacks against western capitals.
The US State Department said it was notifying the international community that "Hamza bin Laden is actively engaged in terrorism".
4. ISIS releases sick new video showing suicide bombers in WHEELCHAIRS loaded with explosives.
(WARNING: Auto-play video with excessive use of digital reverb at source link.)
Would this be the Islamic version of programs for hiring the otherly abled?
The wheelchair-bound jihadists are then seen being sent off on terror missions, including cowardly car bomb attacks.
In footage released by a purported ISIS network, soldiers are shown helping a man out of a vehicle and into his wheelchair .
The man, who has no legs, is then loaded with explosives and interviewed on camera before being wheeled away to carry out his barbaric mission.
WARNING: Although no graphic scenes of human carnage are in this clip, it does appear to show a suicide bomber attack in a truck against a building which one may assume has people inside.
5. Rotherham child abuse scandal gets even worse: TEN POLICE OFFICERS are accused of sexually abusing children.
The Rebel has reported on the Rotherham, and indeed the nation wide epidemic of Islamic child-rape gangs, but most famously in Rotherham many times. Gavin Boby has a series of videos he did which The Rebel has featured as well here.
UP to ten cops are being investigated over claims they sexually abused kids in scandal-hit Rotherham.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission has been called in to probe the involvement of an undisclosed number of police involved in sex abuse claims – with a top cop further admitting officers were to blame for “significant” failures into the Rotherham scandal.
The police watchdog confirmed the investigation, saying there had been “a range of allegations from a failure to act on reported child sexual exploitation to corruption by police officers”.
The Chief Constable admitted his force, which he joined over the summer, played a “significant part” in failures identified in Rotherham as part of the child sex scandal, but said improvements have now been made. [...]
In February, during a trial of a gang of men convicted of sexually exploiting and abusing girls in Rotherham, collusion between police officers and offenders was suggested.
Allegations were made that South Yorkshire Police officers passed information and drugs to a Rotherham child grooming ring and acted to protect serial child abusers Arshid and Basharat Hussain from prosecution.
One victim also alleged a detective at the force “had sex with girls” linked to the grooming gang.
Interestingly none of the officers were named and while the report details that the "grooming gangs" were mostly of Pakistani descent, it failed to mention that the overwhelming majority, if not 100 per cent of the convicted child-sex-slave gangs are Muslim.
