"Canada is back"? Justin's Defence Minister not invited to Paris anti-ISIS meeting

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

The United States Defence Secretary is hosting a meeting tomorrow in Paris to plan the war against ISIS. But Canada isn't invited.

Of course not.

Justin Trudeau, in his very first phone call with Barack Obama, told Obama that he was abandoning the military coalition against the Islamic State.

Now, weirdly, it’s been nearly three months since Trudeau told Obama he’d withdraw our jets. And he hasn’t. But Obama has taken him at his word.

Omar Alghabra, the Liberal parliamentary secretary for foreign affairs, is trying to spin this snub. (Wait until you hear what he said. I’ve never heard a more pitiful excuse.)

Remember: Alghabra is the former president of the Canadian Arab Federation and he’s the guy behind Trudeau’s refusal to call Muslim terrorism by its proper name.

But according to Trudeau and Alghabra, if we stop fighting the Islamic State and supporting Israel, maybe the terrorists will leave us alone.

Yet in the past week, one Canadian was murdered by Muslim terrorists in Jakarta, Indonesia, and another six Canadians were murdered by Muslim terrorists in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.

Those six Canadians killed were all from a Christian church, in Quebec, doing a humanitarian relief mission there. But instead of going to their church in Quebec and standing in solidarity with them, Trudeau went to a mosque in Peterborough, where he precisely did not condemn Islamic terrorism, but rather posed for selfies.

What's that Liberal hashtag — "Canada is Back"? Yeah. Back at the kids table, while the adults meet in Paris, without us.

Guest Marc Lebuis from Point de Bascule Canada is an expert researcher on the spread of radical Islam in Canada. His research provides more reasons that prove that the RCMP's plan for a hijab uniform is a bad idea.

This information comes directly from the writings of powerful and influential imams, including one man who has been referred to as "the Pope of Sunni Islam."

What do they say about the hijab? It is clearly meant to be a garment that differentiates Muslim women from infidels and other "inferiors;" it is NOT demanded for reasons of modesty alone. It is political clothing that is completely inappropriate for any police force.

PS: No other Canadian media has picked up the story we broke about the RCMP hijab. I talk about why.

Later, I go head-to-head with taxi owner/operator Gerry Manley on the "Uber vs. taxis debate." You know what a big fan I am of Uber, so you won't want to miss that!

And finally: Your letters to me! I read a tweet I received from a gay journalist who doesn't agree with me; I invited him to come on the show and debate me, so we'll see what happens.

I give out my contact information at the end of every show, but remember that you can also leave your feedback right in the comments below.

It should be noted that while JT is particularly passionate in his criticism of arson attacks on mosques, he’s pretty lukewarm on his criticism of Islamist terrorist attacks, especially those where Canadians are killed. Actually, it appears he would rather not talk about Islamist terrorism at all. JT would rather ignore it, as though it didn’t happen. Maybe, in JT’s mind, it’s not really terrorism, because there is no such thing as Islamist terrorism. But terrorism against Muslims, well, that’s real, honest to goodness terrorism, so he is determined to condemn it.

So, why wasn’t Canada invited to the coalition conference? Australia, the Netherlands, and Italy were invited – why not Canada? JT’s commitment to the coalition is questionable. There’s even the spectre that JT cannot be trusted with anything discussed among the partners. Do they perceive that JT represents an Islamist fifth-column and will inform his Islamist allies of the coalition’s activities? We can speculate, but I believe we all know what they really think of JT.

Sean is right – Canada has no business being there. Hell, America has no business being there and should stop trying to be the world police.

They are pissed off BECAUSE we are there.

re: ISIS meeting

I always figure if Australia’s going to be there, we should be. We’re similar countries, with similar Commonwealth backgrounds, size, populations, etc. They’re there, but we aren’t. Pathetic.

You know what I think? I think Canada begged off, and are happy to let it be reported that we’re being snubbed. Libs hate Americans, after all.

Daniel,

Yes – dipshit planes. They don’t need Canada. It’s like offering just a couple of X-Wing Fighters to fight the Death Star and that’s without Luke Skywalker and the force.

It’s more insulting to offer military help when Canada doesn’t have a military. Canada can better assist in other way.

First of all – no worries, Canada won’t need air support. Secondly – if we did. America would be all over that in addition to other countries. We are loved for OTHER reasons beyond fighting and guns.

I don’t care how many Canadians die, we have no business being there. We have no business concocting a fake war. I am truly honoured of how Justin is taking this country. There is no such thing as a war on terror, because terror against Canada doesn’t exist!

I could post all kinds of links showing how wrong you are, but you will just ignore them, like the brain-dead liberal sheeple you are.

Cirillo was killed by a disturbed individual for unknown reasons

You leftists just cant make yourselves see reality, so you make up fantasy. The video the killer made and released by the RCMP was very clear. This scum followed EXACTLY what the Koran demanded he do. It was a jihad attack, and the RCMP admits it was. Wake up, and grow up.

Why on earth would you invite a man-child to an adult meeting?

Our ancestors must be very ashamed . Canada has ceased being a country of honourable people and has become a homeland for parasites and cowards. As a military veteran I think serving this country was a waste of time and money. Instead of proud people we have become a self hating, politically correct bunch of idiots. I would like to thank both the left and so-called right for destroying our national fabric, just so they could have power and win elections.

Mr. Michael Mann: (assuming Mr. is your preferred prefix, if not I apologize for my political incorrectness).

A few dipshit planes? Does your strategy include removing all of our trainers as well? Because they are very close to the front lines. If they need support, they should be able to patch straight through to Canadian support. Lets be honest, USA is a great ally… but if they get the call that Canadians need air support, they are probably going to finish their coffee first.

Great Show Ezra!

Jerry the Cab Driver did a great job! I like Alex Pierson but honestly, she is media savvy and a professional spokesperson. It was great to see a blue collar guy make some good points for his side. Like so many things, Jerry has convinced me that the answer is in the middle somewhere. Less rules for cab drivers, a few more for Uber drivers. In Jamaica they told me only to get into cars with red license plates since that is the sure sign they are licensed. I ignored this advice only once. The non red plated car I used had 3 out of 5 nuts on the front wheel and 2 out of 5 nuts on the rear wheel. This I noticed when I got out!

Hey Penson, could you expand on this “fake war” bit for us? I don’t follow . . .

Great work Ezra, you are an icon of Canadian values!
Critical thinking and debate skills are king, for all humans; I’ve even alluded to this on some other threads.
You are also a great example of a skilled debater; by the way you isolated the argument with the Taxi driver, who was gracious and man enough to come on your show. Kudos to him.
I think those Irrationals (PCers in your other frienemy mails) should man up and grow a pair and come on your show, or at least, bring up a debate point, rather than hurling fabricated strawmen (irrelevant arguments). The flaunting of self-ignorance is disgusting. :)

but Michael, there’s a war going on whether we like it or not, and those bad guys want to come here, and take over the world. They’ve stated this clearly, and have been moving in that direction. Sometimes Micheal, war is a necessary evil. Do you suggest for example, that when the Nazi’s rose, we shouldn’t have fought back? Do you recall 9/11 Michael?
commented 2016-01-19 21:10:46 -0500
Rebel,

What don’t you understand about peaceful? Canada is not a military force – we are better to help in other ways. All Ezra ever talks about is war/military and how they desperately need our few dipshit planes that won’t make any difference at all.
commented 2016-01-19 21:05:52 -0500
Hey Michael, could you expand on that comment for us? I don’t recall Ezra wishing for war. And what do you mean by Canada is peaceful? Compared to whom, or by what standard?
commented 2016-01-19 21:03:46 -0500
Ezra – the left don’t even know enough to be embarrassed by their inarticulate, nonsensical, hate-filled jabs!!

Dear Diary;
We’ve all been having a gay old time here at a St. Andrews by-the-sea resort.
Gerald decided that it would be a good idea to bring the whole gang here to put our heads together and come up with a plan for something or another. Oh, I remember now, it’s the economy. Apparently, it’s not in good enough shape to support all the debt I want run up.
No problem, I just explained to everyone that if it was already a great idea to increase taxes and go into a lot of debt to squander a lot of money, then it should make perfect sense, even to someone who’s not very bright, that going into even more debt to squander even more money will solve even more problems.
Everyone nodded their heads knowingly, and then they all clapped. The clapping got so loud that even old McCallum got so emotional he needed a drink, just to steady him. This gives Winston Churchill his comeuppance. He once said that a nation trying to tax itself into prosperity is like a man standing in a bucket and trying to lift himself up by the handle. Poor old Winston. I guess he didn’t have the benefits I’ve had of an incomplete half-decent education and a father who knew a thing or two about politics.
For a moment, I got really buoyed by Michael Mann, who’s one of those upstart rebels, because he pointed out that a New York Times article http://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/canada/new-york-times-calls-canada-suddenly-hip-prompting-online-mockery/ar-BBojZmN showed that Canada is now “cool” and “hip” and it’s all thanks to me. Well, thinking that these rebels were finally coming around got my juices flowing, until I saw that there were hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of comments from people that took exception to that notion.
So, Michael Mann, you think you’ve got one over on your Dear Leader, eh?
Y’know Mikey, Bill C-51 hasn’t been re-written yet.
Have you ever been audited by the Canada Revenue Agency Mikey?
I know the Clintons Mikey, and they know some people . . . .
commented 2016-01-19 20:47:26 -0500
Yes, because Canada is a peaceful country – we are not warmongers like Ezra wishes we were.
