I went back to the Edmonton Women's March.
It's been a year since the assault that was committed against me on the grounds of the legislature by a Women's Marcher named Dion Bews.
I wanted to go back and see if anything had changed. Do they have a cohesive message yet?
And more importantly- for me at least- would the feminist organizers and politicians participating in the march even acknowledge that violence was perpetrated by one of their own against a woman at their rally?
Or are they still of the hypocrites I remember them to be, memory-holing dubious actions for the sake of their tribe?
Watch my video to see what I found at the march.
In addition to finding a lot of what I expected, I found one young man that I didn’t expect, and made it out unscathed.
