“Ethnic identity theft” on the rise: From Elizabeth Warren to a famed Hollywood acting coach

Elizabeth "Pocahontas" Warren is the gift that keeps on giving. More proof emerged this week that her pattern of lying about being native American goes back even further.

A copy of her 1986 registration card for the Texas state bar was uncovered, showing that she'd listed her race as "American Indian." (Because, hey, if you can't trust a lawyer, who CAN you trust...?)

I call this "ethnic identity theft," and predict it will become as widespread as "stolen valour," that is: Lying about your military service. (You know, like Nathan Phillips did?)

Because if you think Warren is an aberration, think again.

I'm an actor, so this example really hit home for me, especially because I've worked with the woman in question:

Last year, Lesly Kahn, one of the most revered acting coaches in the industry, apologized after a leaked tape revealed her advising an Armenian student to pretend to be Latina, so she’d get more roles.

Kahn "even suggested that the aspiring actress change her name to Rosa Ramirez and get headshots that further advance the ethnic deception," Deadline.com reported.

Oh, it gets better. WATCH my video to hear what went down.

I am thinking of self-identifying as a ‘Vulcan’. It seems like the logical thing to do . .. …
