Let the circus begin. First the clowns state not guilty. Then they are proven guilty. Meanwhile Harper is out of it.
I’ll bet the Liberals and NDP are furious.
I will check back on this when nothing better shows up. Right now I am learning color coordination in the home.
My daughter says I have bad taste in many things. When that’s done she will torture me with proper etiquette and how to dress myself. Still that is better then watching a fat fish flop around or a parrot squawking “I didn’t know” to the sum of $90,000.00 or more.

Agree that there will be reporting overkill re the Duffy trial! Witnessed it yesterday on CBC, CTV, Global, etc.

The Harper regime was the first to require audits of the senate in order to flush this sort of thing out. So this affair reflects badly on Harper only in the wishful thinking of those who were never going to vote for him anyway.

Something in my intuition is telling me that this is going to be another dud disappointment for his enemies like the robocalls tempest in a teapot.

There are only three kinds of people who would think that this is one of the most significant scandals in Canadian history….those who became old enough to vote after Harper was elected…..those who have advanced Alzheimer’s ……and presstitutes at the CBC who fear the wrath to come.

Harper is not a push-over!
The majority of people do not have time for this. Anything that lasts this long in the media will soon be very boring unless one does not have a life.
End of school comes up, graduations, weddings and planning summer vacations………to think that the majority of Canadians care about Duffy, the media who continues to feed this, the opposition parties will be the only ones interested. My circle of acquaintances have no time for this. CBC and the other media TV and paper outlets mean nothing in the bigger picture of Canada and for Canadians as a whole.
The remaining Senators will be squirming until all is said and done.

I am glad to hear Harper won’t be called to bear witness. Better to keep him completely clean of the whole affair.
