EXCLUSIVE: Rebel uncovers where terrorist Omar Khadr hid $3M of his ill-gotten payout

Sheila Gunn ReidRebel Host | The Gunn Show

Omar Khadr, the Canadian-born son of al-Qaeda royalty who killed US Army medic Christopher Speer and maimed soldier Layne Morris while fighting for enemy forces in Afghanistan, was never repentant.

He was convicted and sentenced by a jury at Gitmo for forty years for his admitted war crimes, but he wouldn’t stay there.

As part of an Obama administration political pressure campaign, Canada repatriated Khadr and when he got back, he quickly went about using our legal system against us.

His sentence was reduced to just bail, and he walks the streets of Edmonton a free man with a whitewashed past.

He’s also a very rich man, thanks to Canadian taxpayers. After claiming he was the victim of human rights abuses at the hands of our American friends while serving time in Gitmo, and without ever proceeding to a trial where real evidence would be presented, PM Trudeau struck a deal and delivered him a $10.5M payout for our failure to intervene on behalf of this uncomfortable killer.

Worse still, Trudeau structured the payout to Khadr in secrecy making it difficult for Khadr’s living victims to execute the $134M wrongful-death judgment they won against him in a US court.

Khadr and his lawyers have, so far, sheltered that money from seizure. It was safely hidden away, until now.

Approximately one month ago, we received a tip about a real estate deal where Khadr’s name popped up in the form of a blurry screenshot -- enough to get the ball rolling. We had lawyers pull land titles and corporate registries and are now able to confirm that Khadr, or rather a numbered Alberta company where he is one of only two directors, owns an aging strip mall with a partner in North Central Edmonton.

The building itself houses a tire shop, a daycare, a travel agency, a commercial painting business, and a seasonal garden centre. The purchase price was $3M cash. No mortgage.

Watch to see all the documents I used to confirm that original tip and to see the proximity of this terrorist owned shopping mall to a large elementary school.

Once we confirmed the information, we handed it over to the Speer and Morris families. Their legal teams have known about the property for a few weeks because we gave them a head start. According to that wrongful-death judgment against Khadr, this $3M property should be theirs. Now they need a Canadian court to execute their judgment against Khadr.

I think he'll try to hide this money again and do whatever it takes to put it out of reach of his living victims who have every legal right to strip him of his ill-gotten windfall.

If Khadr moves this money, I’ll do everything I can to find it again. I will do my best to find that other $7M so that it ends up in the hands of the people who deserve it, and not as a real estate nest egg, padding the retirement plan of an unrepentant cold-blooded killer.

That’s my promise to our supporters, the Morris and Speer families, and to Omar Khadr too.

While this swine doesn’t deserve a penny & should be kicked out of Canada, he is not a war criminal. He didn’t blow up a pub or a bus, but fought back when his base was invaded by armed soldiers. He did what every good soldier would do, fought back.

Why is this clown still running Canada, and who the hell voted him in.

Its where he lives

Terry, there have been lots of complaints.

It’s a shame that Ezra Levant refuses to provide a decent Comments System. This is easily the most primitive on the entire web. It is upside down and there is no facility for a reply. I know Ezra is not stupid. Why is he so stubborn? And why do the rest of you put up with this without complaint?

Stephen Roberts, if you are well versed about Islam you will know that when the boy reaches puberty he is considered good enough to fight for Allah. Omar was at least 14 when that picture of him on the rug happily putting home made bombs together was taken. He was 15 or 16? when he threw that grenade. Do you think someone who was born to kill and schooled to hate us, can change what has been ingrained since birth?
I really don’t believe a leopard can change its spots.

Being apologists will be our undoing. So open minded our brains fall out. So empathetic all instincts for survival go out the window. Know, that the extremists, are not as stupid as we are.

Shane Valor, I am so sorry. We NEVER hear from any of the victims or relatives of victims. Their stories are covered up and hidden. I t seems like the government wants us to believe that these attacks are victimless or something. I hope your family is able to sue the city, province and country if you can. That guy should be in gitmo as well in my opinion.

It is more than a small insult that Omar Khadr gets 10M for his terrorism after the U.S. patched his sorry ass up and set him free, and victims like your sister in law will walk around for the rest of their lives with the scars, if they even still walk this earth at all.

DAN MANCUSO…..So that give us the right to go overseas and fight them? It is one thing to have strict laws in our countries that limit or prohibit islamic laws (sharia law) but another to leave here and fight them elsewhere….
I am not ignorant of Islam….. but with any religion there are extremists…. I have worked with some wonderful Muslims who are more compassionate and caring then Christians.

“Islam is an evil that needs to be eradicated. Period.”….. do you see the irony in your statement? They might be saying the same of what you believe…

This is such BS. my wife, Crystal O’Hara has a sister who was run over by a terrorist in downtown edmonton. She was injured and couldn’t work, and we don’t see millions coming to her. What has the government and society come to? What a joke.

STEPHEN ROBERTS:
In spite of how earnest you might be, you’re making the same basic mistake lefties and others make who are ignorant about Islam.
The mistake is to compare that ‘culture’ with Western, or other cultures. There are no comparisons. Islam is completely incompatible with the West and everyone else on the planet who isn’t Islam. Inimical actually. See the Koran!
Islam is made up of primitive savages who are alien to the moral principles that drive Western society and other civilized cultures. They are predatory and voracious, bloodthirsty monsters and degenerate evil, incarnate. They and their enablers have destroyed the high-trust societies developed in the West over centuries…
So your defense of anything an Islamic does is invalid when you judge those actions/motivations on Western values – which I assume you were raised with.
Islam is an evil that needs to be eradicated. Period.

Liza, “He went abroad to fight against us.” As a 10 year old? Born in Canada, yes, unfortunately to parents who did not have any allegiance to us. When you are indoctrinated at such a young age, how are you to know any better? Peer pressure is bad enough at that age, so if everyone else is fighting you join in, as I said previously, against someone who is invading your country. In my mind, it would be completely different if he was 18+ years old and left on his own to fight, but his parents took him as a youth. That being said, I do not agree with the payout the government gave him. Most people will never earn that kind of money in their lifetime.

I see.

You are referring to a Construction lien, which has no application here. You can’t “tie-up” property before obtaining Judgment without a Mareva Injunction and I don’t think one is available on these facts. I do not understand why the families of Khadr’s victims would not want this news kept quiet unless they do not intend to pursue their American Judgment in Canada.

Also the case I am thinking of was in the late 90’s. Maybe the law is different now?
commented 2019-03-11 15:25:09 -0400
Terry, I don’t know if its different maybe it is, but in construction often times there are disputes with one trade or the other and I have seen liens slapped onto projects pretty quickly. Maybe its a different scenario than this one with the strip mall, would be.
commented 2019-03-11 15:20:22 -0400
Terry Gain, yes a lien is the very least the family can do. I would bet that was done before Sheila’s report was even made public, as the family was informed first.
============Stephen Roberts, If Omar had felt such an allegiance to his fellow Muslim fighters he should have never taken advantage of Canada’s generosity in the first place. He may have been born here because his parents planned it that way, but neither he nor any member of his family will ever be a fellow Canadian citizen as far as I am concerned.
I will never accept him. The only people I accept as fellow Canadian citizens are those whose first allegiance is to Canada, not the third world shit hole they came from. If it wasn’t a shit hole, why did they come here? To share and be one of us, or to use and conquer? If there are any other choices I would like someone to point them out to me please.

While I do not condone what Omar did, ask yourself, what would you have done if you were in his shoes? An INVADING force comes on your land…. fight back or die?
-———————————————————————————————————————————————-
Stephen, he was a Canadian citizen for the benefits, from the minute his mother and terrorist father decided to have him be born in Canada. Lucky us.
He went abroad to fight against us.
That’s treason. He should still be in gitmo. Instead, our brain dead government not only allows him back to walk our streets, but decides to pay the terrorist 10 million!
NOTHING goes to the widow, or orphans of Speer or the other wounded soldier. Not one red cent. The only money they got was from Rebel contributors to the tune of $250.000, I think.

Terry, a lein can be imposed on a property much faster than it can be sold…especially a property with a three million price tag. Any proceeds of sale are forfeit to pay the lein.

Would you pay three million cash for this property? I doubt that you could get a mortgage to buy it now.
……
You can only prevent the property from being sold by obtaining a Judgment in Canada and filing a writ of execution with the Sheriff. That will likely take the better part of a year. The property could be sold in a matter of months. I am a retired lawyer.

I doubt omar got the whole 10 M. I’m sure Edney took a good chunk. I just wish one of these martyrs would come back and tell the rest what they have to look forward to in hell

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

Stephen, The Kadhrs are not Afghanis…this was not “their land”. Omars dad was Jordanian, Omars mom is Palestinian and none of the Kadhrs were ever in Aghanistan for more than about six weeks….

The “invading force” were two Afghani police officers(young men who had a real right to be there) who followed Sharia Law procedure to politely ask to search the compound regarding reports from neighbours regarding suspicious activity and planting of roadside IEDs….they got shot for their trouble….the Americans (who were there by the invitation of Kharzai regieme and enforcing a UN resolution) then took out the trash…all under colour of international law.

Do your homework Stephen. And clean your room…..;-)

This was Allied forces attempting to clear a country full of Terrorist murderers, who were killing of the innocent civilians and were glad of the Allies presence among them. Don’t be a Yank hater, America is the only real Country that we have right now.

On another note I am extremely pleased to say that as of this morning Trudeau is being investigated internationally for the SNC affair..

Steven I would run to Canada and throw myself at Trudeau’s feet begging him for money and position so I could further the cause of my religious ideology in your country.. just kiddin.!! He was a Canadian citizen while he was there and just for that alone he should forfeit his citizenship because whatever shit hole he was fighting for was no longer his country… His country was Canada and he should’ve been here working paying taxes and furthering the Canadian dream instead of bringing his ideology and his hatred from the old country to the new.
