“Trudeau will botch the NAFTA deal and give everything to China”

Rebel Staff

Canada is renegotiating NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement that covers Canada, the United States and Mexico.

And at the same time, Canada is negotiating a trade deal with China.

Canada exported $392 billion worth of goods and services last year to the United States. A billion dollars a day.

Compare that to China. They bought $22 billion worth of stuff from us last year. That’s not peanuts.

But put it this way:

America pays your rent, car payments and groceries bill. China will buy you a coffee and a sandwich.

Now, Donald Trump hates NAFTA. We have a lot to lose.

What about China? They don’t buy our stuff now. They don’t respect property rights. You’d have to be nuts to invest there.

To cite just one example:

There are British Columbia winery owners facing life in Chinese prison for “alleged smuggling.” I think that’s code for he didn’t pay off the right corrupt officials.

Tonight, I’ll show you the approach Justin Trudeau has already taken towards these two trade deals.

(Hint: This is the same Liberal government that gave a billion dollars to Bombardier — in return for them moving their factory to Mexico. And our negotiator with Trump is Chrystia “The Crier” Freeland…)

NEXT: William Gairdner comes on to talk about his book, The Great Divide: Why Liberals and Conservative Will Never, Ever Agree.

THEN: International Attorney Jennifer Breedon and I discuss a topic dear to my heart, and important to so many Rebel viewers: The genocide of Christians by ISIS.

The good news is that the U.S. government has denounced this crime, so what happens now?

Finally: Your messages to me!

Excellent closing comment about the attacks, and it helps.

Chumbawmuba! Keep fighting for freedom. We need to return to a time of making points rather than emoting outrage. The Alt right is dead to me. The Alt-left is in front of me. Conservatives are not "alt"anything.

Wonderful patriotism from Ezra Levant! The protectionist President of the United States has threatened Canada and Mexico with an end to free-trade agreements, which clearly have benefitted all three countries. Canada is scrambling to come up with the best negotiators and the most effective strategy and Ezra Levant promotes U.S. interests and Chinese interests.

Thanks for being such a good Canadian conservative media outlet! Is there anything else you can do to discredit your country? Are economy has been doing quite well this past year. Can’t you think of something to undermine it?

I’m just trying to figure out how THEY can influence so many not to say certain things.
I think I know.
We’ve been fighting for 2000 years.
Because it’s current year.
The reason, Christ.
The good book predicted this and We know how this ends

As usual, Ezra Levant doesn’t know what he is talking about.

Bell is a cutthroat operation. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to work for Bell over the Rebel unless they were pressured into it by Bell. However, making negative comments about the Rebel, comments which seem to be made up excuses mostly, shows very poor taste on Brian Lilley’s part. Whatever was he thinking?

Freeland is an idiot. I read her book Oligarchs. After spelling out the problem throughout the book, I was looking for the resolutions in the last chapter. Only, there was no last chapter, just a single quote from Marx.

Trying to include things like Indigenous Rights is so ludicrous. Who’s going to police them? We’re going to barge into the US and Mexico and what – hold them accountable for not hiring enough Natives? Or insufficient consultation? And she’s so bloody virtuous in her own mind, I don’t think she’s figured out that they would be able to do the same to us. It would be a complete loss of sovereignty. Though it would of course, suit their globalist Agenda quite nicely wouldn’t it? Maybe it’s a backdoor entryway the same as Global Warming?

That was very classy of you Ezra not to take a shot at Brian as Brian took a shot at the REBEL. When I read that Brian had left the REBEL he should have told the truth about leaving and kept his mouth shut. When I think of THE REBEL’S success in such a short time Brian’s should have kept his mouth shut. THE REBEL is the only news site that let’s differing opinions go uncensored and the million of watchers appreciate it. THE REBEL ONWARD AND UPWARDS.
ENLIGHTENED CONSERVATIVE

Gaidner is ok. I’ll likely read this book. I usually find flaws in his thinking, as did Ezra, but he usually has good stuff too. The reason the Left and Right will never get along, is because science has discovered they use the rear of the brain, compared to the rest of us, that use the front of the brain, where all the reasoning goes on.

Where’s Eric Ezra? There’s been newsworthy things going on in Quebec, and no Eric. We miss our little Frenchy!!

A lot of us ordinary people out here all ready knows the bare bones of what’s going to happen at these trade meetings , but you put the meat on the bones EZRA
That’s why he’s known as the CRIMEMINISTER to my friends, relatives , and enemies

EZRA , your closing statement was totally on the mark
There will be more defections, I suspect a media guest or two
That’s why we’re the REBEL , and not one of the LUGENPRESSERS

I will make an effort to get that book

Sad to see Brian go, but he was not involved much anyway. And I was right when I said; Bell must had put pressure om him to disavow the Rebel and he did. I was a fan of Brian long time ago, but not so much anymore, you never bash a friend on the way out the door, that is dirty.

- I’ve been saying this for a while now. He has no intention (or ability) to renegotiate NAFTA. He’s just looking for a way to blaming the planned failure on Trump (which won’t work). As far as China is concerned – they throw some money into his foundation & praise his socks & they can do what they please. They are the dictatorship he admires after all. Our idiot man-child has blood on his hands – the blood of the Chinas’ victims. Canadians will feel the damage the Liberals are doing now for decades to come.

- The globalists cry buckets of tears for fake refugees & flood the West with migrants while they ignore the plight of real refugees. It’s disgusting. I hope the Kurds get their own state. They’re another people who have known oppression for a very long time. Great to see the relief campaign moving forward. I was wondering about that.

- “Progressives” have to resort to the emotional argument. Their policies don’t hold up to scrutiny. I have another book on my booklist now.

I’m glad to see William Gairdner on your show, Ezra. I have read most of his books – very readable, and highly recommended.

My question is mainly based on the concerns regarding NAFTA negotiations.

Hi Ezra, I keep getting calls from the Conservative Party of Canada to donate generously and support their mission to restrict Trudeau Liberals to just one term in office.
Do you think Andrew Scheer will do much better than Trudeau in office if elected?

I love how Ezra calls her the Crier.
