The CBC, which was created to promote Canadian stories and Canadian culture, is obsessed with Donald Trump.
Here’s my example of the day:
"Donald Trump has empowered racism and discrimination in N.L.: refugee advocate”
So says some guy named Jose Rivera, who heads the Refugee Immigrant Advisory Council — with no proof, no stats, no evidence.
It’s one man’s rant, suitable for a Facebook whinge — but the CBC turns it into a major news story.
Anyone who has been to Newfoundland would probably agree with me that it’s the friendliest place in Canada.
So this guy and the CBC don’t just smear Trump. They smear Newfoundland.
Who is this Jose Rivera?
Well, I found another story about him, from a couple of years ago — telling refugees not to come to Newfoundland!
NEXT: I asked Townhall's Kurt Schlichter to come on to talk about his terrific new column, "Obama fades away as Trump laughs at his enemies." Here's a sample:
The last two months have been hysterically funny as President Faily McWorsethancarter desperately tried to remain relevant. (...) While Obama wanders the halls of power, looking for people to pat him on the back, Trump is out there leading. One tweet from Trump and he resets the paradigm like a boss. Ask L.L. Bean. It’s getting hard to handle all this #winning.
THEN: Aaron Wudrick of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation joins me to talk about their latest shocking report, this time about federal government bureaucrats who "rack up racy relocation costs."
According to the CTF's Access of Information documents, one employee charged $538,549 to move across Ontario from Richmond Hill to Belleville!
FINALLY: Your messages to me!
