No more bailouts, bonuses and layoffs: Tell Bombardier to pay it back

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

It’s so gross. Bombardier, the perpetual corporate welfare bum just got a billion dollars from Quebec taxpayers to bail them out of their failing C-Series jet.

But they’re so bad at running their company, that wasn’t enough. So Bombardier has wrung $372 million more out of Ottawa.

And they’re laying off employees by the thousand. Where is all the money going, if not to save Canadian jobs?

Bombardier is hiring in Mexico, though, and building whole new plants.

Then after Bombardier executives got all the money and fired all the Canadians, they gave themselves a huge bonus. With our money. Total compensation for their top five executives and board chairman Pierre Beaudoin was US$32.6 million in 2016, up from US$21.9 million the year before. They got 50 per cent bonuses.

That’s why we’ve got a new website. We’ve got one in French, too, that my colleague Eric Duhaime is doing, called BombardierRemboursez.com.

In English, our petition is BombardierPayUsBack.com

We’ll deliver this petition to Pierre Beaudoin, Bombardier’s chairman.

Visit BombardierPayUsBack.com.

Sign it out of self respect.

That’s your money.

NEXT: Broadcaster Dave Rutherford and I talk about Premier Brad Wall's invitation to Calgary energy companies to Saskatchewan.

THEN: Breitbart's Joel Pollak comes on to talk about another vindication of President Trump, regarding fake news about his "anti-Semitism."

FINALLY: I read some of your messages to me!

Elton said, “The billion from the Kebek government just came out of their transfer welfare cheque so you might as well say Alberta paid it.”

Alberta pays for most things in Quebec, but the average Quebecer does not even know that. The Quebec government certain does not want to admit that Alberta is supporting them like an obstinate smarty ass lazy ungrateful teenage living in Alberta’s basement.

The brilliant Mr. Dave Rutherford! What a pleasant suprise. I am huge fan & was a faithful listener of his morning show on 770AM in Calgary until his “departure”. I miss his no nonsense, tell it like it is approach. I sure hope Mr. Rutherford becomes a regular Rebel host.

I signed the petition for Bombardier to give back the money. Trouble is , if JT even shows up for QP all he will do is arrogantly scroll through his phone, as he has been known to do in the recent past. Truth is, all the signatures on all the petitions don’t do anything because they don’t care. Canada & Canadians don’t matter to them. All they care about are their corporate friends, immigratants, Cuba, China and any other globalist cause they can source out with our tax payer dollars.

I honestly don’t know how JT sleeps at night. More money to Bombardier is despicable! Money to Ford to save “300” jobs is despicable! 200,000 job losses directly & indirectly lost in the oil patch in Alberta & the Maritimes, NOT A PENNY, despicable! Politics & partisanship is out of control. These public “servants” are forgetting who it is they are supposed to serve. DESPICABLE!

Ezra – you keep talking about the “government” numbers when it comes to Unemployment figures! That Is Wrong!! That number is what is the amount of people STILL in the EI insurance system! I know at least 10 people personally that are no longer able to collect EI and are in able to get any further help from that dictatorial government – putting out the False News of job figures. Jobless rates are quite likely closer to 27%! – directly relating to the policies of the NDPiggers!

Premier Wall is just letting companies know that Saskatchewan is open for business, just like Alberta used to be…i came to Ab from behind the straw curtain over 20 years ago…conditions were more or less the same in both provinces but there was a political attitude of envy in Saskatchewan then…now the tables have turned… cenovus and cnrl are buying assets because they cozyed up to the ndipsticks and are carbon levy exempt unlike their competitors in Alberta…

I am so damn tired of all of these provincial and federal socialist governments destroying Canada.

… giving away all our tax money, taxing the hell out of us, borrowing mega billions, driving Canada into the sewer, importing terrorists, supporting the refugees with our tax dollars … I could go on.

And the media in short skits and pom-poms cheering them on the whole way.

Ezra, you forgot to mention the 300,000,000 Pounds Sterling that Bombardier borrowed from the British Government, for their Aircraft Assembly Plant in Northern Ireland, in 2016. Northern Ireland is another Tax Haven.

Prime Minister Loser!

Trudeau pours money into failing ventures like CBC and Bombardier. When they get so much help constantly why aren’t they doing any better? Didn’t it ever dawn on the government that it’s better to back winning enterprises and let the free market deal with the losers?

Dump Trudeau and the Liberals in ’19. Damn his enablers in the MSM. Stop Trudeau!

Another reason why I love Brad Wall.

This may actually teach the Media party outside of CBC a lesson on where they stand, they are dying and Justin gives money to others. Must be quite the slap in the face.

Justins government is going to make Adscam look like a lunch receipt. Chrétien wasn’t so bad he only stole millions.
$42 million a year to compensate one person who can’t do his job on the taxpayers is outrageous.
Keep it up. I see a shift in the world and I have hope that all of us will do Gods will.
God love you

- Government crony gets bailout, lays off workers, gives bonuses to executives. Where have we seen that before? Oh, just about every time this sort of thing happens. It’s like you can set your watch to it. So, Bombardier, CBC, wow, the Liberals love parasites don’t they?

- You want to turn people against socialism? Let them run things for a while. The problem is the mess that’s left to clean up. Saskatchewan / Alberta looks a bit like US / Canada will look soon in terms of business.

- It’s like the mainstream media was told to come up with a new “Trump fails” video every day. It’s mostly blown up in their faces though at this point.

And after the bomb moves to Mexico , they will ask for subsidies for their operations in Mexico , I’d bet on that

Socialism = anti-Semiticism

It does not matter the brand of socialism: National, Soviet, Democratic.

That is why the regressive left is happy to sleep with islamists. Both have a common hatred.

I just do not understand the self-loathing Jews. They have nothing to be self-loathing about, and should have learned from the 1930’s that self-loathing will not save them from virulent anti-Semitism.

The money is being used to destroy Canadian jobs, as per the UN agenda.
