POLL: Canadians oppose open borders — but Liberals, Tories aren’t listening

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

According to a new Angus Reid poll, “Half of Canadians say their country is ‘too generous’ toward illegal border crossers.”

Tonight, I’ll break down the data in depth.

(That’s something you won’t get from the Media Party, who are mostly ignoring this poll. They prefer polls by Abacus Data; its president, Liberal activist Bruce Anderson, is also the father of Trudeau’s director of communications...)

Angus Reid asked:

“Would you say Canada is too generous, about right, or not generous enough towards these people?”

And 53 per cent overall, across all demographics, said: Too generous. Only six per cent say we’re not generous enough.

When you dig deeper, you learn, for example, that NDP supporters don’t like the current situation:

45 per cent are opposed, and only eight per cent say we need to be more liberal.

Even those Liberals polled came in five-to-one against Trudeau’s policies.

We all know Trudeau doesn’t care, but the real question is:

Where has the Conservative opposition been on migrants all this time...?

NEXT: North Korea becomes more belligerent every day.

Some experts, like last week's guest Gordon Chang, say pressuring Chinese banks could curtail what he called that dictatorship's “institutionalized brinksmanship.”

Tonight's guest, Claudia Rosett of tells me that, unfortunately, America’s posture hasn’t changed much under Trump, despite the president’s promises. She too addresses China’s role in this situation, and explains why conventional wisdom on that aspect of the problem is dangerously wrong.

THEN: Benjamin Ryberg, Director of Research and Chief Operating Officer at The Lawfare Project, joins me to discuss his group's latest challenge: convincing corporations not to fall victim to a new anti-Jewish "BDS" shakedown being run by the UN.

The Lawfare Project has been approaching targeted companies, reminding them that, in fact, this UNHRC blacklist campaign violates numerous U.S. federal and local laws.

Learn how successful Ryberg's efforts been so far.

FINALLY: I tease an update to our own project!

I think Aman was born here, and still he holds onto the hatred his father brought with him to Canada. He has just proven that. Just what Canada needs in its citizens, third world grudges warmed over for the next generation. By the time our globalist despot politicians are through we will know what it is like to live in the third world because they flooded us with it. There is not enough employment for them, or housing, or doctors or anything! Our politicians should be strung up. They are a bunch of no good globalists. We didn’t vote for this. We didn’t vote for this! They are all a bunch of lying dictators. I don’t think elections even matter anymore, they are just for show it seems.

Liza Rosie—-Although I understand your disappointment, you are shutting the door for years, and the CPC is our only hope (without Scheer as Leader) of kicking out Trudeau. Now that Bernier isn’t going to start a new party, who else can we vote for?
I look forward to them calling, then I can tell them NO MONEY until Scheer is gone. Eventually word will get to the top of the Party, hopefully before we start the next election.

Aman Dahuginkiss you progressives are pussies ,and not wanting phony refugees is not the same as being anti immigrant moron. Sorry but you do not get to redefine things for your ideology. And if you or any other progressive twerps want to stop me from wearing my “I Stand with Israel” shirt , please feel free to try. LMAO! Now go bend over for sharia law like a good bitch.

Jimmy Stallone in those polls people supported a state broadcaster, not the CBC as it is right now. Try some reality. And if they want it they can pay for it. The CBC is not a social need like health care or policing. And we pay too damn much for it. And polls also say they should be more accountable , when will that ever happen? And Ezra and others can speak freely and he attacks them because they are lying hypocrites. Quit acting like they should be above criticism. And if Ezra or anyone is forced to pay for them they and we can damn well criticize them. What part of that are you too stunned to understand?

Ron Joseph the conservative party already know they won’t get another dime out of me. I have unsubscribed to all their emails and have a new phone number. I cut up my membership card a while ago but haven’t mailed it back yet. I think I will put it in an envelope and get it in the mail.

I agree with Maurice, Scheer got in because he lied plain and simple. He has no integrity and he is selling Conservatives out, not saving the party like he thinks he is. He is completely impotent, and hasn’t a chance in hell of beating Justin. He has no scruples just like Justin, but Justin is better looking, so who do we think will win?

Bravo—I don’t know how he got voted in either. There is a way that the Conservative members can get someone else as Leader like Bernier or Michelle Rempel.
The Conservative Party behind the scenes is a great Money Gathering Machine. They are proud and boast about it all the time. I received 2 calls since Scheer got in and I told them no donations to the Party as long as Scheer is Leader. If all the members did that , it would force another Leadership Process.

- It seems that Canada’s politicians are answerable to their big money donors, not the Canadian people. Another way to say it is that they’re bought & paid for.

- North Korea is playing from the Sun Tzu’s Book of War playbook. They are playing as though they’re the superpower. The question is, will waiting make them less of a threat or more on a threat?

- The UN needs to be defanged. The Muslim block is the largest voting block. Overall there are really only a handful of non-dictatorships that make up the UN. They are corrupt to the bone.

- Fewer & fewer people are accessing the mainstream media. That’s become clear by the fact that the only outlet that isn’t dying is the CBC & when you look at their ratings and their view counts it’s easy to tell that the only reason they aren’t dead & gone is due to the taxpayer money being injected into them. The Rebel grew as fast as it did because it was filling a demand for actual news.

If you want to personally support the people in Judea and Samaria in Israel, then please join the Lev Haolam program. They have a monthly program where you get merchandise from those businesses. Check out the link for more information:

For decades now, politicians have put off difficult issues until it becomes such a big problem, that there’s no longer any controversy what to do about it. If you nuked NK now, the opinions would be all over the map. If you wait til they attack us, the public at large will be behind our politicians nuking them. They’ve dithered to this point, they might as well wait it out til NK makes the first big move, and the ppl are behind them to act!!

The real question is, has the west learned it’s lesson, that you nip these things in the bud? The very first time NK didn’t do as promised was the time to nuke them, not now that they too have nukes!!

Ndp Sucks: That’s great. I’m still not voting for him. I highly reccommend the Libertarians as an alternative to the establishment CPC or Liberals.

If you want to get the Chinese to do something in North Korea. This is what you do…….have Japan, Korea, National China, Viet Nam, Australia, Philippines BEGIN TO GET NUCLEAR WEAPONS UNDER THEIR OWN CONTROL
I bet China will do something to get rid of the pig face.

That video below shows what happens to anti immigrant wankers that run their mouths. And this is the same neighbourhood where Nathan Cirillo’s funeral happened in 2014.

@James Stallone…the CBC deserves to be defunded because it has degenerated into a complete rip off of public funding.

As for North Korea, the choices are surrender South Korea AND Japan….or nuke the shit out of North Korea.

I say arm South Korea and Japan to the teeth with nukes….to be used pre-emptively are their discretion….Israel IDF style.

Bravo Zulu, I can tell those people how Andrew Scheer got elected leader of the conservative party; HE LIED!!!! Every conservative utterance that came out of his mouth was tailored to mesh with the ideology of whatever audience he happened to be speaking to at the time. He was against abortion, he was all for free speech, he was all for eliminating those kangaroo court human rights tribunals, he was all for free votes in parliament, he was all for careful vetting and screening of so-called refugees, he was all for less government and more individual freedom and accountability. I’m sure I’m missing many more. The trouble is, so many conservatives bought into it. I didn’t! I didn’t trust him right from the start. I never trusted him because he would never give a straight answer, and constantly revert to political spin and baffle-gab. You’re probably right about the direction of both the Liberals and the Conservatives. For me it comes down a known commodity… the Liberals, and an unknown commodity… Andrew Scheer’s Conservatives. I definitely know I don’t want the Liberals, and I don’t believe Andrew Scheer can be any worse than Justin Trudeau. Those aren’t particularly desirable options. It’s like asking me if I would rather be boiled in water or oil? I don’t want to be boiled in either, thank you very much. I’ll be voting in the next federal election, but I’ll be looking forward to it like I would look forward to a root canal. Canada is screwed.

Last comment. I remember when the only news agencies that gave Abacus the time of day was Sun News Network and the early stages of The Rebel. The MSM did not consider Abacus worthy of attention. Amazing the changes that LPC graft money can produce.
commented 2017-09-04 21:20:47 -0400
Regarding the closing comments about The Rebel not being dead. Brings to mind Willy Nelson’s song, " Woke Up not Dead Again Today". Written after the MSM stated he had died.
commented 2017-09-04 21:17:18 -0400
Following Bravo Zulu’s comment about the CPC going soft. Today they announced full support to the LPC heading into the NAFTA talks, in short, agreement with the unicorn dust theory of economics. The two parties might as well merge.

I always love to hear Claudia’s views and she didn’t disappoint today. I agree with her on messing with the madman of North Korea’s mental state. All dictators are paranoid, which is why they murder others who they see as a threat to their power and control of the people.

You are spot-on with the views of new immigrants on open door refugee policy Ezra.

With everything that I had to do for almost a year with documentation, background checks, arranging funds before immigration…. and putting sincere efforts to integrate myself with the wonderful Canadian culture after landing, working hard everyday to earn money, pay taxes……. and now watching the country I so easily felt being a part of making a mockery of the immigration policy….. I only have a sad forecast in mind for Canada…..

May be like a lot of other problems in life, this is a matter I have to leave with almighty!!
commented 2017-09-04 20:27:06 -0400
Well, it turns out North Korea is not all that easy to deal with.
commented 2017-09-04 20:21:32 -0400

There have also been many polls (including your own) that state that most Canadians support the CBC, but that hasn’t gotten you to shut the fuck up about defunding the CBC or attacking them in any capacity despite the fact that Canadians want the CBC.
