Anti-Muslim graffiti vs. pro-ISIS Facebook posts: See which crime sent a man to jail

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

The Vancouver Sun reports: “Fort St. John man acquitted on four terrorism charges.”

Othman Hamdan, a Muslim “refugee,” was charged with making Facebook posts promoting ISIS, “calling [on] lone wolves to ‘activate’ across the U.S.”

However, the judge ruled that while the posts were “offensive, that did not mean that [Hamdan] was encouraging or inciting acts of murder, assault and mischief…” adding:

“Hamdan also told police at the time that he was ‘against killing innocent people,’ suggesting he didn’t have the necessary intent to incite a terrorist attack.”

When the cops pick you up, and you just say, No, I didn’t mean it — that’s enough for a judge?

Now here’s another court case from this week:

An Oshawa man was sentenced to five months is jail for writing “No more Muslims” graffiti at bus stops:

“Joseph Porco shows little insight into the harmful nature of his conduct, Ontario Court Justice Ferhan Javed said…”

(Yes, Javed is a Muslim judge.)

So a Muslim “refugee” made 85 Facebook posts glamourizing ISIS and praising the murders of two Canadian soldiers. But he was acquitted.

Then a Canadian citizen, who may be delusional, scrawls three words on a bus bench — not even a derogatory name, let alone a call to action or violence — but he’s thrown in jail by a Muslim judge for nearly half a year.

And all of this before M-103, the anti-Islamophobia motion is turned into law...

NEXT: Our favourite expert immigration lawyer Guidy Mamann explains how Trump's expanded travel ban will impact immigration in the U.S. and Canada.

THEN: Quebec broadcaster and Rebel contributor Eric Duhaime and I talk about the M-103 hearings, particularly the troubling remarks calling for censorship and prosecution, made by former CSIS and RCMP officer Michel Juneau-Katsuya.

“You are a slow learner, Winston."
“How can I help it? How can I help but see what is in front of my eyes? Two and two are four.”
“Sometimes, Winston. Sometimes they are five. Sometimes they are three. Sometimes they are all of them at once. You must try harder. It is not easy to become sane.”

I didn’t know that we had muslim judges. This is not justice, this is sharia law. Canada is going down and fast. The U.S. may be the last one standing, or at least fighting since the americans are armed to the teeth,, along with Poland and Hungary. I am so ashamed of my country. I often look at strangers now in public and ask myself which ones are the traitors who vote for the Libranos or the other leftist parties. That is where this is all going: suspicion between citizens, discord and hatred. I am starting to have a much better understanding on how people felt in Europe during the nazi era. This is what multiculturalism and globalism bring.

I listened live to the Heritage Committee hearing involving Tarek Fatah and Michel Juneau-Katsuya and it couldn’t be more obvious that the fix is in. Mr. Fatah, who is probably the most important witness to speak at these hearings, was interrupted and cut off repeatedly by the chairperson Hedy Fry without good reason. Katsuya’s statements were downright disturbing and no more so than when he suggested that Mr. Fatah should be prosecuted for tweeting about breaking news. This guy would have fit right in with the Soviet KGB. Is there any doubt that General Secretary Butts has a seat waiting for Katsuya on his politburo?
Very good to see Eric Duhaime on the Rebel again. That was a spectacular rant, Eric. Welcome back.

On a different topic:
I have just read “UN Human Rights Council Report Says Racism ‘Lies at The Core’ of Canadian Institutions
See:
http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2017/09/24/un-human-rights-council-report-says-racism-lies-at-the-core-of-canadian-institutions_a_23221250/?ncid=webmail

Considering that this Report looks like a collection of tidbits selected or invented to justify a predetermined political conclusion, and although the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission will be allowed to comment on the UN Report very soon, I have no confidence that our Federal Government or their bureaucrats are trustworthy enough to offer an informed critique of this inept Report. Coincidentally, by chance, but more likely by design, this disgusting UN Report follows ever so closely to our Prime Minister’s recent self-righteous address to the U.N., coincidentally delivering very similar negative comments about Canada.
One wonders whether 1 he was informed well in advance what this U.N. Committee was going to report (opportunism; good for him), or 2 was he the one who provided the U.N. with much of the Report’s detail (if so you can fill in whatever you think his behavior should be called).
But most critically, who will properly challenge this U.N. assault on Canada?

Somehow I find graffiti spray-painted on houses of worship — churches, synagogues, and mosques — particularly disgusting. I wish so much that rebel could have joined some sort of a discussion group where he or she could express the strong feelings. Even hate language spray-painted at a bus stop disturbs me.

The Rebel allows expression of free speech (even if it occasionally goes overboard and has to fire its own writers). On here we have seen people use strong language, often seeming to be motivated by hate, against Catholics, Muslims, Jews, and a huge number of ethnicities.

Myself, I feel that the strong language, as offensive as it may be, deserves some protection. Spray-painting the same words in a public place should be prosecuted.

WITH REGARD TO THAT MAN WHO HAS RECEIVED THE CURL AND UNUSUAL JAIL TIME OF 5 MONTHS AS JUDGED BY A MUSLIM JUDGE IS SURLY A CAUSED TO CALL FOR A MISTRIAL DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE JUDGE WAS A MUSLIM, THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE ACCUSED HAS NO MONEY TO HIGHER A QUALIFIED LAWYER TO DEFEND HIM. THE REBEL HAS HELPED OTHER PEOPLE IN OTHER CASES IE. TOMMY ROBINSON. THEY DID IT WITH HELP THE FROM OTHER REBELS SURELY THIS IS ONE CASE WE SHOULD SUPPORT.

Yeah and facebook and youtube host pedophile, murder and criminal violence content but ban a Christian pastor for speaking against these crimes – same thing – this is “social justice” under the degenerate left – it’s impossible to run a justice system when you have no moral compass.

The Crown Attorney’s office should appeal the acquittal of the 15 year squatter living in Fort. St. John. Unbelievable excuses by the judge!
Mr. Hamdan’s promotion and support of ISIS is extremely disturbing. He should be jailed or deported.

Mr. Porco should appeal this sentence without haste. The judge in this case over reached, he also disregarded the psychiatric component. What is disturbing is. the comment by the judge that even though Mr. Porco wasn’t charged with a hate crime….this Freudian slip explains the sentence imposed.

Excellent interview with Eric Duhaime. I miss Eric’s reports, please tell me he will be reguarly reporting for Rebel again.

- Activist judges base their decisions on feelings more than the word of law. If someone from one of their protected victim groups does something to get them arrested, they’ll do all they can to make sure they get nothing more than a slap on the wrist at worse. Take any action against one of the protected victim groups & they’ll throw the book at you.

- Great to hear from Eric again. So a mountain of debt, huge tax grabs, a horribly damaged economy, illegal aliens, fake refugees & now an attack on our basic rights & freedoms. This Liberal government has come with a very large price tag. I wonder how much worse it’ll get before the Liberals go back into full election mode.

- Imagine how much worse things would be if Hillary had been elected. The promise of more social spending & eventual amnesty would have resulted in a tidal wave of illegals flooding into the US & you can count on the Trudeau Liberals being completely on board with it. Any criticism & they’d just shrug their shoulders & say we have to follow America’s lead.

Like Geoff Meek, I am glad to see M Duhaime still active on The Rebel. I am also happy that a future appearance by Mr. Fatah is occurring.

With regard to M Duhaime saying the right always plays by the rules, maybe it is time we don’t play by the rules, but start making the rules to play by.

The Porco case proves we live in a country increasingly governed by Sharia law. When M103 finally becomes law, Sharia will rapidly take control over our day-to-day lives, closing the chapter on our freedom of speech, and the Rebel will be the first victim of a CSIS attack (Canadian Soldiers for Islamic Sharia).
Good to see Eric again.

It is only going to get worse.

We are approaching the EU and worse – we are becoming the new Sweden.

Plan on going to jail for EVERY “crime” of being anti islam.

The evil cult of islam is winning and fagboy Justy is destroying Canada – one day at a time.

Justice is long dead and gone.

We now live in a politicized legal system.

Blame the voter and not the leadership.

Go and look in the mirror to see the problem – if it is not you then it is your friends and family.

Best to all.
