Yesterday we had Dr. Tim Ball on the show. He’s a PhD in climatology and a tenacious critic of the theory of man-made global warming.
Dr. Ball was skeptical of another professor, Dr. Andrew Weaver, who studies global warming, too, and is also the Green Party leader in British Columbia.
When Dr. Ball criticized Dr. Weaver seven years ago, Weaver sued. After a three week trial — hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees, and in costs to the taxpayer — the court dismissed the suit.
Tonight, I'll tell you more about this case, and what the judge said, but here's my question:
A climate activist politician suing a skeptical scientist, who wrote a column he didn’t like (that was almost immediately taken down, with an apology.) Where’s the outrage from the media?
Even today, as a mere handful of B.C. media cover Ball’s legal win, even those are full of derision not for Weaver, the thin-skinned bully.
Instead, they mock Dr. Ball.
I'll give you more examples, all from the last few weeks, of this kind of Media Party "journalism," as well as troubling statements by the Trudeau government, and by "free speech" associations like PEN Canada.
The Rebel is the last independent media company in Canada that’s not lined up at the trough.
Did you know that tomorrow, February 16, is The Rebel's third anniversary?
They’re trying to kill us, as you can see.

TONIGHT'S GUESTS: America's leading authority on gun crime and firearms policy, Dr. John Lott, joins me to talk about the school shooting in Florida; then UN expert Claudia Rosett and I discuss North Korea and the Olympics.
FINALLY: Your messages to me!
