Trudeau says veterans want too much — but look what he has money for now

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

As you know, Justin Trudeau's townhall a few weeks ago went shockingly wrong.

Yes, he said "peoplekind," the gaffe that went around the world.

But that story drew attention away from something else Trudeau said at the same gathering, something much more important.

I'll show you the part when a Canadian Forces serviceman asked him about funding for our veterans.

See, Trudeau is fighting veterans in court. Because they’re "asking for more than he can give."

He didn’t fight Omar Khadr in court — Trudeau paid him $10.5 million. And he paid out three other people accused of having links with terrorism — $10 million each.

Now here's today's news, from the Ottawa news website Blacklocks:

The military proposes to install wind farms on army bases and encourage staff to bicycle to work under a climate change program.

How is this any different from the announcement earlier this month, that there will now be a “gender analysis” of military decisions?

By the way, it goes without saying, wind turbines are stupid. They don’t work when it’s not windy — or when it’s too windy. You need back-up power for the 95% of the time, so you’re really just buying two power systems.

You don’t want wind turbines near airforce bases — planes might hit them.

It’s the kind of stupid only Justin Trudeau and Catherine McKenna could think up.

Sorry, veterans. You’re just asking for too much, more than we can give.

Shut up now please — we have some global warming to stop...

NEXT: Rebel Alberta Bureau Chief Sheila Gunn Reid and I talk about why some Canadian leaders are vying to host Amazon's second corporate campus — while opposing more lucrative pipeline projects.

THEN: Our own Ben Davies joins me to talk about actress Jennifer Lawrence's vow to quit acting for a year to "fix democracy." I wonder why she doesn't set her sights on fixing Hollywood instead...

FINALLY: The Rebel team is at CPAC this year! That's the huge annual conservative gathering in Washington, DC.

Tomorrow, instead of a regular show, Rebel Premium Members will be able to watch our CPAC coverage, with Katie Hopkins, John Cardillo, Dr. Sebastian Gorka, and me.

No money for our military and our veterans but 31 million for Afghani veterans (and another two million donation to an Afghani hospital). Then Baby Doc Trudeau found 650 million of our tax dollars to pay for abortions in other nations, but still no funds for our military or our veterans. Funds for returning terrorists (the UK hunts them down and disposes of them) money for a convicted terrorist and dual citizens arrested in their other home, and far more money for “Syrian refugees” (which a good many come from Pakistan, Egypt, Afghanistan, and so on) but nothing for our military or our veterans. The only funds he has for our veterans is for lawyers to fight giving our veterans what they rightly deserve.

But he is “virtuous”.

All kinds of money for Terrorists but none for our vets. SICKENING!

Whoever voted for this ignoramus is just as vile as he is and does not deserve freedom or security.

This issue of the Canadian Sikh’s and their connection to Khalistani separatist terrorism is starting to heat up after Trudeau’s latest gaffe in India by inviting a host of Sikh MP’s, a Sikh gourmet chef, and the convicted attempted murderer Jaspal Atwal.

There are photos of Atwal with Sophie, Amarjeet Sohi and Candice Malcolm posted on twitter an older picture of Justin Trudeau with Atwal. Sohi has spent time in jail accused of being a Khalistani terrorist, a charge he obviously denies. Sohi is a former Edmonton city councillor and a good buddy of mayor Don Iveson who has been promised multi billions for LRT expansion and turning the Yellowhead Trail into a freeway. Iveson is viewed as MP material and possibly future leader of the Liberal party.

Former federal Liberal cabinet minister and Premier of BC, Ujjal Dosanjh, has weighed in on the entire Trudeau visit and criticized the current government as being to close to Sikh separatists. Dosanjh was once hospitalized after being attacked with a crowbar after criticizing religious extremists. He suffered damage to his hand and had 85 stitches in his head. Dosanjh also revealed that he and his family had booked seats on Air India 183 that blew up over Ireland (this was before he became a federal MP). They cancelled their flight bookings a few days before the departure date. http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2018/02/22/ujjal-dosanjh-india-canada-trudeau_a_23368744/

I think the term sheeplekind is more applicable in Trudeau’s world.

Trudeau pays money to Khadr without going to court but takes Veterans to court? Disgusting.

I’m sure most of you know that Trudeau on Oct. 17,17 paid out another 31 million to 3 poor Muslims that got arrested in Syria. I always thought that they were only talking about it; I didn’t know it was done No wonder there is no money for the Veterans.

Ted Tadright—If Trump leaves the UN, there is no way he would let them handle anything. They are mostly Muslim countries; that is the reason Justin wants a seat there.

‘Money For Nothing’ wrote: “Surely there must be one competent minister in Trudeau’s government?”

Maybe someone at TheRebel could do a series of ‘competence’ videos on Trudeau’s Ministers. How about Sajjan for starters, under whose watch we now have a supply ship for our navy that can’t function in wartime?

I have a feeling this would be an absolutely classic series of knee-slapping videos that would have us all in stitches (in between crying our heads off) as we watch the Ministerial equivalent of Little Spud’s overseas follies.

Anyway, that’s my big idea for TheRebel this week. I’ll bet other Rebels have some great ideas. Let’s hear them!

Ron Joseph, great ideas in your last couple of comments about safeguarding the conservative message. I do see one problem concerning censorship of our thoughts now and into the future: Before Obama left office, he betrayed America and the Western world by handing effective control of the entire internet from the U.S. over to the UN. I don’t know if anything can be done to reverse that, but I doubt it. But if anyone has any ideas on that, I would urge you to get them into the public domain quickly, before the UN starts censoring conservative speech on the internet. We are in danger of having our voices silenced so the ‘progressive’ agenda can prevail. Once we lose that venue for our speech, we will not get it back. The Justin Trudeau’s of the world will ensure that.

Dating back to WW1, Canada’s military has earned a stellar international reputation. While many militaries were shackled by incompetent political appointees, Canada always focused on competence.

The best was WW1 superstar Sir Arthur Currie. This realtor from Victoria with no military training rose to be Canada’s top general and was considered by our allies to be the best general of WW1. Currie rose in rank solely due to competence, producing a near perfect winning record that resulted, in part, from his steadfast rejection of political appointees. To win, Curries troops needed the best officers and he ensured his troops had them, thus rendering better service to the Empire. Canada’s military reputation was no fluke. It was earned, and our soldiers took pride in their accomplishments – they knew they were good and what got them there.

How does a woman command respect knowing a promotion may not have been based solely on competence?

Surely there must be one competent minister in Trudeau’s government?

Or maybe the " Great Turd" will keep taking enough rope until he hangs himself.

When you are watching CPAC we should notice a new Conservative News TV Station called News Max which will keep Fox News honest. It would be nice to get our cable companies to offer it, or get Ezra to sell it some of his programs.

Ezra, thanks for another great series of shows and content this week. Just wanted to let you know that you are appreciated out here. Your ‘keep fighting for freedom’ spirit and everything you do to defend freedom in Canada would be sorely missed if you weren’t doing what you are doing every week. Enjoy your CPAC trip!

Didn’t it bring a tear to the eye to see our newly-minted Bollywood PM speaking out for freedom of speech in India, while here he is stomping it out so nobody will be offended while he allows terrorists into Canada?

Not a tear of joy, of course, but of regret, in the case of whoever voted for him, and of bitterness and anger in the case of people who have worked all their lives to build a free and prosperous Canada for her citizens?

Yes, in Little Spud we have a PM who cares a great deal about freedom in other countries, as we can tell from his choice of guests at diplomatic dinners (I jest, of course), while undermining and betraying us here at home.

In the next election, Trudeau will be flaunting his ‘cultural sensitivity’ to every minority group in Canada (that’s why he is getting all the pictures taken of him and his family in Indian costume), since he know that after his slander of evangelical Christians as “the worst part of Canadian society”, no Christian in his or her right mind will be voting Liberal next time. Watch for more such costume vacations for him and his family at our expense in the months ahead. It’s the only election strategy left open to him after he has dissed and slandered the largest voting block in Canada, Christians. Hey, Brothers and Sisters, chuck this anti-Christian loser/betrayer OUT in the next election! Otherwise, we are going to be in for persecution the likes of which we haven never seen in Canada.

Tammie Putinski-Zandbelt—-I am also looking forward to this Conservative Convention.
Here is the reason for mentioning it after you did.
We should take a look at all these Conservative people and organizations plus thousands of others like Bill O’reilly who probably won’t be there and ask ourselves this question:
Why are Conservatives held HOSTAGE by Liberal Tech Companies when we have such a large following in the world? The people we will see aren’t poor. I believe that if we in North America pooled our resources together, we could come up with something like Twitter and You-tube of our own, therefore we wouldn’t have to worry about being censored now and definitely in the future.

Keith did you catch Justin’s little dance?

He is doing a pretty good job of crashing and burning all by himself. Heck even Sophie is controlling herself on this trip, but Justin is acting like that annoying Stuart on the old Mad TV show. ‘look at what I can do’

Justin looks like a jack ass.

Perhaps, if we all pray hard enough, Trudeau will have a mishap while on one of his jaunts. Like his Plane will crash and take out a Wind Farm. That is to evil, You say? OK, then I will leave out the Wind Farm.

Obviously this POS PM TruDope has such minimal value for his own disgusting life. His islamic propensity will eventually totally piss off these disgraced veterans, disgraced by a POS who is aLIAR & Theif!!! Veterans who fought those POS ISIS BARBARBARIANS that the POS PM favours instead of who he should be favouring – for his own sake! But I guess you just can’t fix insane STUPID POS! …except for what he has coming – his & the disgusting Lieberal party getting their stinky asses handed to them like in that Cretian’s last Days! … & all you dope headed ignorants who voted this POS FOR CANADAS PM – had better start growing some brain! Do it again and you’ll be involving your useless asses in a civil war!!!

The liberals don’t want anyone defending Canada, so they’ll handicap our troops for the Islamic slaugter that’s coming. Just look to Africa to see what is coming to Canada under this pompous dictator.

Trudeau has the spending priorities of a teenager. Veterans to him are irrelevant but climate change is more important. He’d rather save Mother Nature than men and women who fought for freedom. Trudeau is a fop who only thinks of his pipedream causes. Let’s hope the voting age isn’t lowered because teenagers don’t have fully-developed brains. Neither have they had to pay taxes. All they know is getting stuff from mum and dad for free. I suppose I’ll get in trouble for writing that now.
commented 2018-02-22 20:43:44 -0500
Canada is back? As a laughing stock? No. Canada never was a laughing stock until Trudeau decided to make us one.
Will Canada be back? As a respected nation again? That’s up to you, my fellow Canucks, by voting out the Trudeau SJW Liberal’s who are turning our country into the laughing stock of the world.

While at CPAC, I hope you’ll post several live interviews and vids like Tommy and others have done while “on location”.

So, the Navy has a fishing boat, rather than a fully functional war vessel!
Wind turbines & bike paths on military bases is another rabbit hole the LPC are pushing….unbelievable!
Seems the Minister of Stolen Valour is also a eunuch.

I would bet that Jennifer has been recruited by the Democrats. What arrogance to think she can pull that one off. Ben’s right, what needs to be fixed. Which leads me to believe she’s working for the Democrats, because she’s an anti-Trumper.
