Trudeau’s “personkind” gaffe went viral around the world — except on the CBC

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

It’s been a few days now, but remember we showed you a gaffe by Justin Trudeau? At a town hall, when he interrupted a young woman who was asking a real question to him, and told her not to use the word "mankind"?

We were the only Canadian media showing you this grossness, even though every single mainstream media outlet had a reporter at that town hall.

Well, the mainstream media doesn’t have the stranglehold on information like they used to. So the clip of Trudeau telling the woman to say “peoplekind” went viral, on Twitter and Facebook but also in mainstream media outlets in Australia, the US, the UK, including the left-wing Guardian.

I have seen the story in Czech, Pakistani and Dutch newspapers.

Everyone was sharing it — except the mainstream media in Canada, especially the CBC.

The government comedians at the state broadcaster, a show called This Hour Has 22 Minutes, did indeed make a joke about it, though. Sort of:

“Trudeau tells woman at town hall to say humankind instead of mankind. That’s what they call humansplaining.”

Except that’s not what he said. Even that would be embarrassing, to interrupt a woman like that. But at least "humankind" is a real word. The real joke is that Canada’s prime minister made up a word that was even dumber: "Peoplekind."

They later deleted that tweet, but not before I saved it.

Well, last night, the CBC finally caved. Their first story on the subject was an attack on the people who did cover the "peoplekind" story — including us, since we were the first to mention it!

U.S. right seizes on 'peoplekind' comment ahead of Trudeau's trip to sell NAFTA

That’s not news reporting. That’s political spin.

That’s trying to anti-report, un-report the news.

But it was a bit late, don’t you think?

We don’t need or trust the state broadcaster anymore, we can see it for ourselves...

NEXT: I'm joined by conservative activist and founder of Alberta Can't Wait Prem Singh, who wonders what will happen when Trudeau brings this kind of virtue signalling to the NAFTA negotiations.

THEN: Immigration lawyer Guidy Mamann is my guest, to talk about reports that Canada's acceptance of asylum seekers has hit a 27-year high. Should we be worried?

FINALLY: Your messages to me!

- I have a new name for the Media Party – Government Media. Do they think that this is North Korea & if they don’t report on something nobody will hear about it? The delusion is strong with these people.

- Peoplekind – telling veterans that the government is fighting them in court because they’re asking for too much but he hands tens on millions of dollars to convicted terrorists because the courts might give it to them anyway – compares Italian, Greek & Portuguese immigrants to ISIS terrorist – Oops, just kidding. I notice that he’s looking for excuses why NAFTA negotiations have failed – before they’ve failed.

- Simply put, Canada is in the hands of an idiot & it has become so obvious that even his propaganda artists in the Government Media (aka Media Party) can’t cover that up anymore.

I started a word,
That has the whole world ‘laughing’.

Trudeau is an embarrassment to all Peoplekind. I wonder, dose he include his Muslim friends when he says Peoplekind, or is that Peoplecruel?

Anytime you can free advertising from the state broadcaster is good thing, Ezra!

Even before the 2015 federal election, some of us were already calling Justin Trudeau a laughingstock and we were often raked over the coals for our opinion. My my, how times change.
Something tells me we will not have to wait very much longer before Paul Joseph Watson pays “tribute” to Little Potato in a YouTube video. Quick, where’s my popcorn?

Trudeau, the male “feminist” just had to put the woman in her place! First by interrupting her & going against his feminism advice to others; then he said, “We like to say peoplekind….” No one says peoplekind outside of his own head.
It went viral because it was so ridiculous….he says it’s a joke now, but, he certainly wasn’t kidding then.

CBC’s approach to all this just confirms once again it is a propaganda machine for the LPC.

Great interview with Prem Singh.

70% acceptance rate is very troubling. This is only going to get worse! Once the snow melts, the numbers who are still walking into Canada will increase exponentially!!

I really think the world knew a long time ago Trudeau was a little boy trying to fill a mans shoes on the world stage and it is not working. Boy I miss Mr. Harper.

It wasn’t a joke. Trudeau trying to write it off as such, is a lie. He knows he made himself look stupid. He was triggered by the question put forward by the wholesome Christian Canadian, and when she said ‘motherhood’ he wanted to jump in and say ‘person hood’ or some such retarded replacement newspeak. Then when she said mankind, Justin could no longer control himself. He breathes this stupid newspeak, but someone has told him to go slow because the average Canadian needs more indoctrination (quelling) before such speech could be considered normalspeak.

I have a question. Is there anyone in this day and age who uses the word ‘retarded’ to refer to a person with Downs Syndrome? I don’t think so. I wouldn’t dream of it.
So why does it offend people when ‘retarded’ is used to describe something stupid or regressive, or someone acting in a less than reasonable or rational way?
I don’t think of people born with Downs to be of low I.Q. I think of them as having a gene which makes them different and even special in many ways, not stupid.

Justin is stupid, he does stupid things, and when I say that he is retarded I mean his development must be arrested in some way to be such a useful idiot for people with questionable intentions for Canada. As far as I’m concerned Justin is retarded. I think it is an effective word for stupid people who do stupid things.

Finally Trudeau admitted it was a dumb joke………….HE is a dumb joke. I sent him an e-mail to remind him dumb people make dumb jokes.
As far as the MSM not covering another stupid moment by the Bimbo it is explained by the fact that they are probably ashamed to admit they follow him and also the CBC is to busy trying to find out if Terry Melewski is dead or alive.
YUPEE DOOO………..yoga will save Canada.

With international coverage the CBC eventually had to cover it with ‘critical’ headlines like:
- Trudeau writes off peoplekind quip as ‘dumb joke’ (9 hours ago)
- U.S. right seizes on ‘peoplekind’ comment ahead of Trudeau’s trip to sell NAFTA (1 day ago)
- Justin Trudeau not the 1st person to say ‘peoplekind,’ word expert says (1 day ago)

Earning the $1.5 billion Trudeau pays the CBC to be an apologist for him and the Liberals.

CBC: On Trudeau’s “peoplekind”.

1. Justin Trudeau not the 1st person to say ‘peoplekind,’ word expert says:

2. Trudeau writes off peoplekind quip as ‘dumb joke’

3. U.S. right seizes on ‘peoplekind’ comment ahead of Trudeau’s trip to sell NAFTA

I have not watched the CBC for years.
